Lilu Pai

Really big room and bathroom. So much space, location is great, it’s quiet but just down the road from walking street, shops, restaurants, bars etc. breakfast included was really nice. A pipe burst in our bathroom and the staff were really helpful with it, gave us another room whilst it was fixed and it was all sorted the same day. Good value for money.

Wifi wasn’t great at times, staff didn’t speak much English, there was one staff member who was lovely and tried her best though. Some staff could’ve been a bit more attentive.

Everybody was welcoming and polite. Would like to say big thank you to last manager in particular. Breakfast tables were beautifully prepared. I really enjoyed scrambled eggs for - nice and fluffy. We had fresh towels and bottles with water waiting for us when we came back home after a day out. I really liked that shampoo and soap were in glass bottles rather than plastic!

There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door on arrival and the coffee tea spoons were sticky with coffee in the pot - a little more care when cleaning needed. The bed was very hard, I don’t mind a firm bed (most in Thailand are) but this was exceptionally hard. The curtains were cream, they didn’t block any light so take an eye mask if you wake easily, 5:30am and the room was fully lit up until the sun moved around. I had read reviews saying staff were rude, not the case I just don’t think they speak much English, we had no issues.

nice room, great shower and facilities, breakfast included was really nice. good ammonites- mini fridge, safe etc. great location by the walking street. lovely reception area and staff were nice.

did have a double bed booking but ended up with two singles, was a shame. they have a big tv but it doesn’t actually work, keeps changing chanel on its own etc.

Our room was clean and nice! Everything that is needed and location was also great, everything in walking distance but nice and quiet. Breakfast was okay - eggs, coffee, some fruit, toast - so you get a nice meal.

Nice and spacious, great location, it has a torch for power cuts and an umbrella which were really nice touches during the rainy season. It was clean and modern, and although some things were worn and broken, that didn't affect the experience of staying her really. It was nice and quiet but maybe just because of covid 😅 It had everything we needed, fridge, tea, coffee, hairdryer etc too. Also the WiFi was good enough for my work

The bed was super squeaky and woke up my baby when I moved, also quite small so we were awake a lot during the night in my attempt to stop him rolling off the bed. It was just me and my 19 month old. The Aircon was also very loud and made a clicky noise which disturbed him, and there was no fan in the bedroom to use instead. The lobby lights outside shone very brightly into the house at night, but I found the switch and turned them off myself in the end.

We had a great stay at Lilu Pai! The property is well located with everything in walking distance but back from the bars which could be noisy. Parking for our bike was simple and under cover. The room was clean and the fan was enough most of the time. The lady at the desk cooked us eggs in the morning which we had with fresh fruit and filter coffee. This location, with en suite AC room and breakfast included at this price is a 10/10 for us. Thank you 🙏🏼

for the price you pay , this is probably the best option you can get with breakfast included . owner helps with bike rentals and also there is a very tasty place to eat for local prices just around the corner , dont miss it ! best steaks

Great location, close to the walking street without it being too noisy. The mini suite was a lovely room. Would definitely recommend for a quiet stay in Pai.

Found some ants in our room.

Location is very close to the walking street. Small friendly hotel, would recommend the large room which was very spacious, comfortable and quiet.

Breakfast was alright but not special.
