Great location, one minute walk to all bars and restaurants. Comfy beds, clean almost corporate type room with balcony

Only 4 sunbed s around pool unless you are in ground floor rooms which have their own sunloungers( note rooms 1-3 are ones with sun) the rest are in shade. Breakfast was poor as most of it is cold and left in buffet containers. Hotel should either improve service at breakfast offering cooked to order eggs or just don’t bother including in room price so that guests can go to the many great cafes nearby. Staff are a little inexperienced and it feels corporate without the usual Thai hospitality. Put in a good manager and this would receive a 10.

We generally liked our stay, nice hotel, great location, fantastic pool (especially for kids as we could enter the pool from our room).

Unfortunately there was some miscommunication regarding charges for an extra bed (+ breakfast) for a 4-year-old child staying in our room. We were charged 250 Baht /day extra for breakfast (+ 500 Baht/day for the extra bed, after negotiations, initially we should have paid more). The conversation about this was rather unpleasant and I really don't understand why it was so important for the hotel to make these extra charges. Unfortunately our stay started therefore with the irritating conversation and it took us some time to let go of it. It's not solely about the money, rather the way how we were treated during the conversation. However, in the end it was a nice stay and we really enjoyed the pool.

Brilliant location - a few minutes walk from the night market (on each evening) and the bus station. Lovely clean, bright & airy room - feels very modern. Staff helpful and very kind on front desk. Very good value. Relaxing pool area.

Breakfast could have been better. I asked to book another night which they said was fine but the next day, the room I’d reserved had been given to someone else so I had to find alternative accommodation at very short notice, I thought this was poor form but on the whole, very good service.

position - just round the corner at the end of the walking street/ but still quiet . clean . pleasant staff. pool great to cool off in and relax. breakfast ok- not much available geared to vegetarians /vegans . s

soundproofing between rooms- TV in adjacent room mounted on wall behind your headboard and the sound travels ! some one else wrote they could hear their neighbours using the loo- you can - and them snoring . only 2 hangers for clothes in the room that had the robes on, had to ask for extra hangers. loved eating breakfast outside, but consequence was that food was cold unless you had the soup type option. breakfast starts at 6- so unless you’re a really early bird be prepared for the food to be cold. obviously might be different in the warmer seasons . roomsize adequate but not over generous, nice little balcony

Very good location! Just around the corner from the night market. The room is quite big and with balcony. We would give it 3 stars not 4 but still a very good option in comparison to other hotels. The hotel look relatively new.

The breakfast was horrible… the food was stale/ cold and if you came at the end of the breakfast, not much is left. We ate our breakfasts in other places. For this price we would expect something better.

Beautiful property. Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Lots of toiletries. Complimentary snacks and drinks. Lovely breakfast!

Shower wasn’t that powerful. Only 4 sun loungers available at the pool if you were on the ground floor and didn’t get the sun loungers out of your balcony. Bed was quite hard. The other guests who were staying next door to us were very loud (nothing got to do with the hotel but it was very difficult to sleep)

The bed was the comfiest we have stayed in whilst travelling Thailand, mattress and pillows - made you not want to get out of bed. Lovely pool and rooms were nice!

We stayed on the ground floor (with pool access), there was loud banging above us like moving furniture or people running around pretty frequently, it was very loud. No noise insulation near the door either / a thin door - could hear everything in the hallway, and often people walking past and talking.

We loved the perfect location, a hotel that gives pleasure from the rural atmosphere of Pai, quiet and peaceful, a really cool experience. The cleanliness is at a high level.

The breakfast is free of charge, it is included in the package, it is not wow, we preferred to eat in other places that Pai has to offer.

Really nice property in an excellent location. Room was nice, clean and have a lovely balcony.

£60 per night may have been a little over priced in my eyes but it is a nice hotel in a excellent location

The property was clean and rooms were nice. The breakfast was excellent! Very close to the walking street and pretty quiet nonetheless.

If you don’t have a ground room with direct pool access and pool chairs, there are only 4 pool chairs for the rest of the rooms.
