Yoma Hotel, Pai

The hotel boasts a stunning setting reminiscent of ‘Out of Africa’, with its own park overlooking fields, forests, and mountains, despite being in Thailand. The backdrop is truly cinematic. The architecture is modern yet exudes warmth and coziness.

While the hotel offers a delightful breakfast buffet, the lack of an on-site restaurant or cafeteria was a drawback, especially given the limited dining options nearby. Though they provide a shuttle service to the center of Pai, its availability wasn’t always immediate, prompting us to resort to ordering from Foodpanda.

* in the middle of the night rain was awful we called the hotel and they came and pick us up really fast , we really appreciate that . Thank you. * Breakfast is good. * Pool has a wonderful view , very quite in the wilderness. * Our room had an amazing view.

* Pool is not dirty but does not seem very clean. * Rooms need to be a renovated and cleaned thoroughly, which is a little understandable : many hotels are damaged during covid19 lockdown, I hope in time it will be better.

The view from the room and from the pool is incredible, it's in the middle if the nature and it has a well maintained gardens. The infinity pool is great, the temperature was good abd again, the view from the pool is something else. The room was clean and quite large. Alot of the comments says that there are a lot of buga in the hotel, it's true but the bugs are not in the rooms. Every hotel in Pai has bugs because it's near the forests but as long as you keep the door closed and don't leave it open no bugs will get in. The hotel has bikes that you can take for free to explore the city but they don't have helmets.

Although the staff was very nice it was very hard to communicate with them if we needed something because they didn't speak English. They had very basic English so any time we needed help it was very hard to talk with them. The bike rental management was not good and sometimes there were bikes at the front but someone didn't return the keys so basically you couldn't use them.

The setting of this hotel is really lovely. Just outside the main part of town surrounded by nature. The rooms are spacious. Shower was amazing (best I had in all my travels in Thailand). Attention to detail in all the amenities in the room. Staff was super friendly and kind. Pool was super cool too. Everything smelt so lovely (towels, sheets, pool towels).

Not much at all. This hotel is really worth a visit as its super comfortable and convenient. Really cannot find any fault with this hotel at all. Loved it.

The hotel was well priced to be budget and included an infinity pool which over looks an incredible mountain view, the room was big and comfortable with air conditioning, was only a 10 minute walk into town or there was a scooter hire place just up the road as well as a 7 eleven for convenience.

The staff didnt not speak English that well that it was hard to communicate some things, there was also either a homeless guy or another guest at the hotel who slept next to the pool for 2 days in his underwear who abused us for no reason when having a discussion with other guests at the hotel. We were unable to talk to the staff at the hotel about it due to the language barrier.

Everything! this place is absolutely stunning. we booked the Deluxe double room and didn’t regret it. you open you balcony doors to a sun deck and have the most beautiful views of the mountains. beautiful salt water pool with sun decks and hot tubs to relax in and also beautiful walks around the property and 1/2 really friendly dogs, you can also relax and watch the local farmers go about their day. Breakfast is good - Partner loved it! free shuttle 6am - 10pm at night is great! only 10 min walk to walking street if you fancy a walk. zisters restaurant is over the road and we 100% recommend. free parking if you hire a moped and also have free bike rental. room cleaned everyday/ also provide pool towels as well as the ones you use for a shower. 4 min walk from 7/11 staff a really friendly and will do anything for you! thank you.

we honestly loved it and would come back to pai just to stay here. if I had to be picky - the room on our sun deck needs fixing and would love some stronger coffee! wifi could be stronger in the back rooms.

it is a little piece of heaven. Big very clean rooms and bathroom. Comfortable bed. The shower was excellent, in a rain shower style. Gorgeous view to the mountains from the bedroom. Good facilities. Quiet rooms. No noice from the streets, bikes or bars as it is far from the loud town, but still close to the walking street (15-20 min walk). They have a shuttle service to take you to the walking street (3 min by car)

it would be useful that more than one person from the hotel staff would speak English. They didn’t have available the bicycles

The whole facility is very nice. The pool-area is beautiful and the garden likewise. The rooms are big and so are the bathrooms. They are nice and clean swell. A bonus is the breakfast-area which is nice for just sitting and chilling swell.

We had a problem with some kind of bugs in our bed. But the staff was very helpful and gave us a new room directly. Im not sure what kind of bugs there were as one could expect some bugs due to the resort being in the middle of nature
