Aether Pai Villa

Unique, modern and lovely accomodation. The design is amazing, the room is so big and the own terrasse is just beautiful. Bed was vers confortable and big. The accomodation had everything you need and the room service everyday was great! always fresh water and fresh coffe for the morning. everything was very clean and you could even walk (20 min) into the centrum. location was so calm and in the middle of nature. we would directly come again and loved the appartment so much :) People were really friendly also!

Bad to no wifi in the room and the food was unfortunately only with meat, eventhough on the card it did not mention the meat. We are vegetarian. Staff did not speak good english, so it was hard to communicate about the food but they really try everything to make the people happy and were so friendly and helpful!

I loved how this location was out of town a little ways and away from the night chaos. It was still super close to scooter into town though. The room was very simple, big, and open. I loved the windows and curtains. The AC machine works super well and kept the whole room at a really great temperature. Really beautiful views from both the room and rooftop. Adorable chicks with hens on the property as well. Laundry was an option which was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that wasn’t great was the bathroom was pretty small and dark inside. Additionally, the water temperature was warm but didn’t ever really get hot, so during the cooler evenings it was cold to take a shower.

The location was magnificent, away from all the hustle and bustle. Very quiet there and you could hear the sounds of the birds, people working at the farms etc. It was a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very generous with everything. Great people!!

The shower water pressure was very low, it was very hard to even wet my feet let alone taking a good shower. The mirror near the sink was also put in a weird position to see yourself. There was no power socket in the bathroom. There was no wardrobe in the bedroom either. The outside room was very dirty, the bed had a lot of dust and ants, there was spider web in the rooms. They are not well maintained and cleaned regularly which they should do as it's a great place.

This hotel is a bit far away from all the interesting sights in Pai, anyhow, it is definitely the best place to stay if you like silent and quiet space for you. The room is really spacious and it has amazing views of the mountains surrounding you. Plus, the terrace upstairs is giving you an amazing sunset viewpoint.

All was good. Maybe it misses the chance of having breakfast, but, there are pretty close places where you can have amazing and very fresh/healthy breakfast.

Really big, spacious, and modern room with lots of natural light and a seating area that’s good for eating or working. The rooftop is really nice and gives 360 views of the landscape. They clean everyday and do a really good and thorough job. Free water and coffee daily. I enjoyed it so much that I extended twice. Really nice owners as well. Highly recommended!

I liked everything

Super big private room, enough space for luggage and the roof top was really great to enjoy the sun. Super clean and everyday they asked for a clean-up needed to be done. The staff was very helpful and always there to support! It was in the middle of the green, to walk to city center 25min.

Everything was really great.

Nice villas just 3 minutes on the bike from the walking street. Very peaceful, with good view of surrounding fields from the private roof. The territory was beautiful and very well maintained, there was a big fireplace and staff helped us to set on a fire.

It was very cold in the room on mornings (end of January) and the water in the shower was also a little colder than the comfortable temperature

Amazing location, calm and big appartment. Cool minimalistic design. Very confortable and big bed. Terasse on the roof was beautiful. water and coffe everyday for free and good room service! very nice people

very bad wifi and food not good for vegetarian people

Everything. So clean and comfortable with Blackout curtains! Absolutely stunning rooftop with gorgeous view of the stars. Great shower with hot water. The owners are absolutely the sweetest, offered me to sit down and enjoy dinner with them.

Sen the woman that takes care of all is great !! Very kind and good service. Took me to rent a motorcycle and even took us to the van station. It is a very good place and cozy for couples in Pai
