This small boutique hotel is very lovely. It is well located, just a 100m away from the main road. It is a short walk away from Wat Phra Singh Woramahawihan, which is also the start of the Sunday night market. The hotel has a nice industrial style deco and is very cute. The rooms are big, very comfortable , neat and clean. our booking included breakfast and we had a lot to choose from. There are a lot of good restaurants and bard nearby and also a convenience store down the road for any necessities. The staff is very kind and friendly-I would recommend to stay at this hotel if you visit Chiang Mai.

The water pressure in the bathroom of the room we stayed in was a bit less.

We LOVED this property. It was located in the old city and we rented a motorbike to get around. The room was so spacious and clean. We loved that we had a separate sleeping area upstairs apart from the living space. The shower had hot water and the AC worked great. Breakfast was very good every morning and with big portions. We had to leave super early one morning and the staff had to go sandwiches and juice waiting for us at the desk. The staff was very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage there before our flight left at night. We also used them for our laundry. At the time of our booking it was 80THB/kg for wash,dry, fold within 24hours. Obviously it is cheaper other places but it was so convenient and they did a great job. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The WiFi was a little bit slow in our room but it still worked :)

One of the cutest hotels we have ever stayed - the building, facitlites, interior design are absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful location - we enjoyed the quite neighborhood as it is tucked next to bustling streets in the middle of different attractions! Amazing hospitality - staff were super attentive and caring! Superb breakfast - the food and fruits offered everyday are super fresh! Bikes were lent to us and we made great use of it to explore around the Old City! What a value for money for such 5 star services and room - we love you ONCE (upon a time) Team and we wish you all great health! We can't wait to come back again!

Having to leave was the saddest part of the stay!

The room is cozy, spacious, amazing athmosphere…everything invites you to relax and chill Service is super nice, always trying to help. The room includes water and some snacks (Oreo’s!!) which is nice when you miss comfort food Breakfast had different options and complete (savory/sweet + fruit + vegetable). Additionally, we had to leave really early in the morning and they left us breakfast “to-go” ready for us 🥰

Although breakfast options where diverse and nutritious, they ask you at what time are you going to have breakfast. Normally they would start preparing it once you go down (at the time you habe told them) so if you have a planned tour it can be stressful.

The best place we've stayed in Thailand so far! The staff were warm, helpful and calm - very pleasant. Everything was clean, the breakfast was good and the room itself was super spacious. The property is located in a quiet part of Chang Mai old town, which has Japanese vibes. Getting to "action" is a 5 minute walk. All in all it's a very atmospheric and cozy place.

Literally just one super small thing: coffee during breakfast is not the best (also not the worst to be fair), but there are plenty of nice coffee shops a few minutes away from the property, so it's not a problem.

I spent 4 wonderful days. The place is fixed as described on Booking. The lady at the reception, Fern, was very helpful to us. He guided our trip step by step, so that we could experience as much of Chiang Mai as possible. Delicious breakfast, we had water in the room every day. Thanks for hosting!

It is being built in the area and it was noisy in the afternoon when we wanted to rest a little, but that is not the hotel's fault.

This hotel is amazing! It looks exactly like the photos but even more charming in person. The hotel staff were so helpful, kind and flexible when I asked to extend by a day. The breakfast each day was delicious and you could pick from a variety of options. Also this hotel is very well located near temples and other sites.

Nothing this hotel was a dream

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Cute, clean, good location, very nice and helpful staff, very nice room, very comfortable bed and AMAZING breakfast! I highly, highly recommend it. Can´t imagine you could find a better placefor this price. I was in town again a few days later and couldn´t get a room so had to stay somewhere else. Same price but not even half as good!!!

Its was really unique qnd fancy boutique hotel which is renovated from traditional thailand woody house. Inside is really well decorated with vintage item and furniture and I felt like so cozy and peaceful. Then all of staffs who I met were so kind and respond to me with smiles. Really thank you guys gave me chance to stay in unique space. I no doubtly visit here again If I have a chance to come here again. Then even they serve well decorated breakfast every morning. It made my mood better every morning😊

Small, quiet hotel close to Thapae Walking Street with very large accommodations makes me feel at home. The hotel's staff is warm and welcoming, and the interior is beautifully decorated. There are four options for breakfast menus. I enjoy each menu. Beautifully decorated and delicious. I will definitely come back to stay here again.

There was some neighborhood party noise, but it wasn't a problem because it was a new year's celebration, I understand.
