Cozy Inn Chiang Mai

It is very well located inside of the old town, close to a lot of touristic spots and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, and even if you don't require cleaning they still leave a clean set of towels and water bottle everyday. The bed was very comfortable, the shower hot, it had a small fridge and pot to boil water as well as cups to use, and the wifi was very good. I had some Zoom meetings and never had a problem. Would totally recommend.

The chair is too short for the table, so it was a little uncomfortable to work from there, but if you are not going to be working or having classes this shouldn't be a problem. You also have a table and chair outside that you can use, though during summer it might be too hot.

Really good value for a lovely room. Cleaned every day, great shower, own fridge, plenty of hanging space. The bed is hard but I’ve found that to be true for most beds in Thailand. Reception staff are lovely. It’s opposite a self-service laundry, next to my favourite little cafe and a brilliant massage place, 2 minutes from a 7-11 and about 5 minute walk from the Sunday night market.

It’s a shame there is no food available here, there seems to be a bar on the terrace but I never saw it open. The biggest downside was that there is a light outside every room that shines brightly through the gap at the top of the curtain.

Great location in walking distance of everywhere downtown. Love the "motel type' balcony with all the rooms and the private little table and chairs for each. Good space, little fridge and water bottles each day, little desk and TV.

Wi-Fi was sometimes amazing, sometimes horrible. There were cobwebs in the corners, but the rest was very clean. The sheets had holes in them but were very clean, I asked to have them changed as I kept poking my foot through it and they did.

Had everything we needed for our stay and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Located in Old town so we were in walking distance of shops/markets/restaurants.

Before we had officially checked out, housekeeping had gone into our room and cleared out the belongings we had not yet removed ourselves. They threw away an important piece of documentation we needed, which we had to fish out of the bin and ended up badly ripped due to water damage. I probably would have understood if it was 12:00 (checkout time) but it was only 10:00. Apart from this everything was great!

Very good hotel, the rooms were cute and cozy as the name suggest. It is in a quiet street but 1 minute away from one of the main street and a 7-11 which is very convenient. Really enjoyed our stay there, there are some chairs outside of your room if you want to seat outside and free water every day.

It sas good to have the AC but it was a little bit noisy and blew directly on the bed which was z bit uncomfortable, I had to move the bed so I could sleep not under the AC

Staff was super friendly and always said hi when coming in (not always a given in Thailand). Room was very clean and was cleaned everyday. New towels whenever you needed them. Overall super clean, friendly and comfortable. Also felt very safe (also not a given in Thailand).

Water pressure could have been higher. Walk to the actual centre of the city was a bit far, but doable.

The location is super handy! Close to all the local markets, restaurants and temples. The hotel is very quietly with friendly staff and daily cleaning. In general words, I felt very confortable at Cozy Inn.

I missed more room for clothes and a small kitchen.

Great hotel, saw reviews saying the room was small but I found it plenty big enough for 2 people + luggage. Each morning they leave water bottles outside your room which was very helpful. Location is great, 7-eleven and street food on the next road.

Shower a little cramped and didn’t get warm. Nothing else negative.

It has night reception. Good location - in old town and near many places you might want to explore. Staff was good and friendly, fulfilled several requests I had during my stay.

The room is a bit packed and it lacks sunlight. Didn't have a hair dryer as well. However, I went to the reception to ask for it.

Location was really good, the table and chairs outside of the room was great, too. The staff was so good and pleasant.

The door was really difficult to close, a hassle every time. The walls were wet, not sure if due to leakage or humidity, and it could've been cleaner.
