The Chiang Mai Old Town

the room is really nice! large comfy and beautiful SPA is nice and clean

1. the staff in the restaurant know English really bad, so there were lots of misunderstandings during our 2 night stay that disappointed. and they are really very slow! so we were waiting for breakfast for long 2. the breakfast is not tasty 3. not all positions of menu are in stock in bar and restaurant so we had to go to other places

Great location, well designed spacious rooms, very comfy beds. The hotel is walking distance from shops, cafe's and loads of restaurants within the Old town which was a big plus. Travelled around Thailand for a few weeks and was the best hotel we had stayed in.

Breakfast included could have been even more convenient, but then again great food is only a few mins walk round the corner

Five star service from the moment I stepped on to the property until I departed. The staff made me feel like family..like a professional uncle...LOL It has a resort type of setup eventhough it's in the city. The outdoor bar and relaxed patio was complimented by light live music in the evening. The room was very spacious, sophisticatedly furnished and offered the latest entertainment available (Netflix and YouTube) which made me feel at home. I will visit again on my next trip back to Chiang Mai.. I suggest you do as well!

Great location, nice spacious room, good gym and pool. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful and the afternoon tea in the lobby was a very nice touch.

It was a little noisy, for example, you could hear the beeping of the door locks from next door and any conversation in the hallway loudly. Breakfast was okay but limited given the price and staff there were not very helpful.

1) nice hotel, warm and welcoming staffs with good english speaking 2) rooms are big with good decor, clean enough 3) good relexing spaces (swimming pool/ gym room and garden)

1) breakfast is not as good as we expected 2) a bit far to the Chiang Mai downtown (take 15-20 mins walk from hotel to some tourist area: such as temple Wat Chedi Luang or East gate street like ), but it is still ok as they have bicycles to use

The hotel is in the heart of Chiang Mai and it is very unique design. It is almost new very comfortable. The staff was excellent. We cannot book a massage at the hotel as it was full and they helped us to book another place. We will come back again for sure, peaceful Chiang Mai.

Rooms were great, staff were really friendly and food was good. Lovely decor, maybe one of the most stylish rooms I’ve stayed in. And surprisingly quiet for being in town or just on the edge of it.

Very large, well appointed room with comfortable beds and all mod cons. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Handy to have a pool for a refreshing dip. WiFi worked well.

Location is good in the old town but there are closer options to the main street. Breakfast options were okay but not a great savoury selection for vegetarians.

Clean and comfortable rooms, generally nice hotel in very good location and friendly staff.

TV and WiFi didn’t work. Welcome tea could only be offered hot, not with ice. Shoe shine could only be offered for shoes, not my girlfriend‘s sandals. No big problems, but perhaps staff could be a bit more flexible and customer-oriented on these things.

Rooms were huge and very nicely decorated, cool and quiet. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Nice little gym as well and good food. excellent base for old town exploring.

The bar shut a little early at 9.30pm
