Friendly receptionist, helped with washing machine and always had a smile on his face. Cute cat wandering around. She was also friendly and made me smile. Really appreciated being able to adjust temperature setting on shower. That's been surprisingly rare so far. Good location close to cafes and shops. There is a 7/11 around the corner. Good value for money.

There was a lack of privacy with the window next to door looking outside. A curtain would help this. Because the windows are just nets and not proper windows it meant I could hear all noise coming from outside. Earplugs only work so much. There was alot of noise due to the area. Just a small thing but feel room could be improved with a light above the sink area as it was very dark. I didn't mind too much but the shower and toilet are one small room so everything will get wet. Drys out quick though.

Central location in a quiet alley. Comfortable beds, fan, tv, fridge, desk and bathroom. Friendly staff. If you book any tours with any agent they'll pick you up from here. Good value.

Not hotel's fault, but some young male guests were very loud one night and showed no consideration for other guests - be sure to bring ear plugs in case! Bathroom didn't drain properly due to tiles not having proper fall, so need to kick water into drain

Decent rooms for the price. Staff were lovely. Great location. Lovely local restaurant across the main road.

The staff was amazing, particularly the man on the reception. He let us drop off our rucksacks in the morning before our room was ready for check in. When we arrived later that evening he had moved all of our heavy luggage upstairs into the room for us. So impressed with how helpful he was. They went above and beyond to help us.

The host was really friendly and nice. Felt like home staying there. Really great location too , walkable distance to many things. Not hard getting a bolt or transport from the hostel. However many options are available, not just bolts. Overall, stay was amazing I enjoyed. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a safe and secure place to stay whilst visiting chiang mai

The place wasn't that clean, but I noticed you can clean the room too (as there are brooms and mops available) and even ask them to clean for you too. So it's not much of an issue really.

The staff is very nice and I love that we can borrow bicycles for free. The room was big and the bed confortable, good location.

I think this place could be renovated a bit, I am mostly thinking about the bathroom. Also, the cleaning could be much better, my bathroom and closet were not really clean when I arrived.

The location was amazing and the rooms were really clean. The guy at reception was always super friendly and helpful, especially when we wanted to leave our bags with them while we went around on a motorbike for a week. Would definitely recommend!

The rooms were a little dark, not much natural light but everything else was perfect!

The place is comfortable, good located, so quiet. I could have a very good sleep. The staff is very kind and friendly, they helped me With some information I needed and also they were very care of me. I could also do the laundry in the hostel, as they have washing machines and it is so cheap 😊

I've stayed here plenty times before with friends whenever we travel to Chiang Mai. I stayed by myself this time and it is in a great location in Old town. Near great restaurants, cafe's 7/11 3 minute walk. Very convenient location and very comfy rooms. I always sleep very well in the beds here.

Good hot water. Free water refill. Excellent wifi.

Nothing really. Few cob webs inside the room, staff could speak better English. This is scratching the bottom of the barrel, nothing was wrong or bad at all, these are just things they could improve.
