Location is great, right in the old City, yet very quite even during famous festivities like Loy Krathong. Very forthcoming and friendly personell. Spacious and clean rooms as well as a well maintained area rounds up the perfect impression.

It appeared that the rooms above ground level do not have chairs etc on their balconies which makes them quite redundant if thats the case.

Cozytel is in a quiet alley close to lots of cafes and restaurants . Night markets are in walking distance .Our room was very clean and comfortable. Great bed and pillows plus a lounge and balcony . Bathroom amenities are supplied as well as a kettle , coffee , mugs etc and a refrigerator. A nice touch was the free snacks on our first day . The receptionists are very helpful and available of needed . There is a lift and also nice wide stairs if you wish to use them. This hotel was very quiet we heard no noise from other guests . There is a pool which was clean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. No breakfast but lots of options outside and Goldenbee Cafe is just on the corner they do good fresh meals and drinks at reasonable prices . Highly recommended The room we got was very clean and provided everything we need (and even more)! All staff were very kind, helpful and responsive. They gave us a map and some advices about where we should visit and where to eat, also helped us arrange some excursions as per our request. They even went above and beyond to book the green bus tickets for us on website where we paid at the hotel and got the printed tickets directly. The swimming pool was very nice, not that large but clean. The location is very centric, near lots of restaurants and temples. There were some bikes for guests to use for free. Overall, our experience with this hotel is very pleasant and positive. We will absolutely choose to stay here again.

Little boutique hotel, interior very nicely arranged, lot's of plants, trees also outside. Really great location. This area is my favourite part of chiang mai old city, close to restaurants, very good localization. Beautiful, clean room with balcony over the pool, a huge comfy bed. Such great value!!! The staff are lovely here. helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. They assisted me in renting a scooter and arranging tours, which made my trip so much more memorable. I couldn't fault the hotel and stay here.

Very professional service. Super friendly staff who were always willing to help. Positioned in the center of Chiang Mai, close to all attractions. The room itself was very beautiful, spacious and cozy. The pool is big enough for swimming with sun loungers.

The room was large, clean and had everything you could want, including comfy bed and all basic amenities. The swimming pool was fantastic. The pool view from the balcony was really nice. All the staff both receptionists and housekeeping did great job, they worked really hard at being helpful and efficient. The location can't be beat, close to everything, right in the middle and yet very quiet. The total experience was totally a 10/10. Would be more than happy to come back.

Stayed for 2 nights, room was very nice and cozy. Really quiet at night. Great services, reception staff were always helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was also very pretty. The location was ideal, very convenient. Will surely visit next time

Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious, well furnished, quiet and comfortable. Facilities are great and thoughtful. Staff were top-notch, helpful and always available. Low price express laundry service. Swimming pool was nice to cool off in after a long hot day. Unbeatable location - many local dining options, massage and bars are around the corner. Sunday market also just right outside the street nearby.

Location was excellent for the major temples, restaurants and Sunday market. Saturday market was quite a walk but returned by tuk tuk. Free use of bicycle was a big plus, I rode around for four days, the best way to explore. Tours and airport taxi were right on time.

Everything was perfect. Before my visit, I emailed them with some questions and they responded very quickly which was impressive. The hotel room was spacious and tastefully decorated, bed was huge and comfortable. The staff were really amazing, really made me feel welcome. l used the pool facilities which were also great. The location was superb, only a short walk to all attractions. All in all, this hotel is great value for money. I'd definitely recommend.
