Secure parking, plenty of space
Hotel is actually closed due to covid and guests are automatically checked into a sister hotel, Royal Peninsular, down the road. Aircon cut in and out all night unable to maintain temperature setting. WiFi signal present but unable to connect on any device.

It was quiet. Probably coz there was no one there....
Was dirty. Wife ended up in a bad rash all over her. Aircon wasn't working, was set on 16°C from 4pm to 9am and room temp was no less then 28°C whole stay. Which made it so we couldn't sleep good. Tv remote was broken so couldn't change language on tv and picture quality was poor. Pool was dirty and out of use. Door way to underground car park via stairs locked and had to walk up and down the ramp to go in. And Wi-Fi kept cutting out.....

we arrived to find the place in darkness! luckily my booking.com taxi driver was excellent and read a delapitated sign saying the hotel was 150 m down the road
