Forest View Lodge

Beautiful location, the mist and cold winds roll in late afternoon. The rooms are heated, cozy and comfortable. The staff member present attended to all out needs and was simply brilliant. Food was simple and ordered through a restaurant nearby and the potions were decent as well. Good value for money and tasty.

We travelled with our nearly three year old baby and the balcony outside in the common area doesn't have a secure guard rail. There's a 15foot or so drop to the other side so that was something we had to be weary about. There were other guests that were quite loud way into the night and started the same fairly early in the morning the next day as well. This was quite a nuisance although the fault if primarily with those travelers who were a bunch of inconsiderate young men.

We booked 2 rooms on BB. Nice & safe location, friendly staff, nicely arraged breakfast with three options (Roty, Rice & curry, western). Bathrooms well cleaned. Dinner also supplied in good quality as per our request (additionally from nearby restaurant)

A room heater mounted in one room didn't produce enough heat.

very spacious and comfortable room, we had a heater which was very handy. breakfast was great and the staff was so helpful and attentive! we also ordered dinner with them and the food was excellent!

a little out of town, but not a big problem

They are Very friendly and very good welcome and service. They provided very good facilities and a very tasty breakfast. I would recommend it to someone else. I say you will be able to spend your vacation very well.

We loved the room. In was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and all the meals were amazing. The room was very clean and it had a great view. Would definitely recommend this place Will come again.

Room was as described and shown in the pictures. Very clean room. Dinner was very tasty. Location was one of the best as it is about 450 feet below the top mount Kikiliyamana.

Amazing view and excellent service by the staff!!! The rooms were very well furnished . The care takers Satish and Prabhu helped us for making our stay very comfortable. They were very kind and helpfull. I will definately love to come again.

I went this place on 2023.04.11. Superb place. Testy food. Friendly Staff. Awesome weather condition. Not too far from Nuwara - Eliya town. I also enjoy my trip.

Nothing to complain about, everything was beyond our expectations, best thing was my sons favourite channel was on tv, Mr. Prabu and Mr. Sathish were so polite and helpful..

So windy and noisy in the night, difficult to fall asleep..

The breakfast was superb.. the location is really good but the road is not good to reach to that place..but the lodge aria is fantastic.
