Comfortable and location when taking an early fly. Free shuttle to the airport. Confortable beds. Cleaness. Quick check in. Spacious room.

When booking, the payment option was pay at property but still I got charged 4 days before the stay, and the explanation was due to busy period. If pay at property is not an option, they should advertise it as do other hotels, where the payment date is shown. Other than that, all good as usual .

One of the staff wasn’t very nice. I booked this hotel mainly because it was close to the airport and it had a free shuttle to the airport. I was there with my instrument, a cello, and the staff who received me told me it wasn’t possible to use the free shuttle because of the size of my cello, she wasn’t very nice or accommodating. She said they also don’t take sports equipment like skis or something. Well, that should be specified on the website. But my cello isn’t as big as skiing equipment, the total height is no more than 56 in. The next day I asked the other staff and I asked the driver and there was no problem fitting my cello and everyone else’s luggage in the shuttle, so I was able to use the shuttle at the end but it was kind of stressful cause I didn’t know until last minute.

The hotel is modern and clean. Our room is big with a large king bed, which is very comfortable. The morning hourly shuttle bus to the airport is very convenient

They only have one shuttle bus, which means you may have to wait a long time at the airport before it comes to pick you up. Due to some miscommunication we waited for 50 minutes in the cold wind and finally gave up and took a taxi. The taxi has a flat starting rate of 20 euros- very expensive for a 7min ride. The second time we came to the hotel, the taxi driver cheated us by using a long detour , which cost us 26 euros to get to the hotel. We would avoid coming to Madrid airport as a connection in the future!

We rate this 'hotel' as excellent. Free airport shuttle however, please our additional comments below. Comfortable accomodation and helpful staff. Brilliant location and proximty to Madrid airport.

This hotel offers a free pick up from Madrid airport. We had three hold bags and four small items of hand luggage. When the hotel saw this, they said we had too much bagage to use the free shuttle back to Madrid airport. We fully understand the business 'rationale' on this, so they ordered us a taxi at our request, cost 20 euros. Travellers using this hotel and airport shuttle service should be aware it is one way only if in thier view you have too much baggage. 100% factual comments this. No inducement to use to hotel ever again.

Perfect location for what we wanted to do in Madrid. The hotel has a courtesy bus to the Metro station which is a direct line to the city centre but taxis aren't expensive to the nearest Metro. There is large shopping centre and some restaurants within walking distance.

Many hotels offer free parking if you include breakfast, this isn't the case here. On saying that there is plenty of parking on the surrounding streets.

Very close by we found a local restaurant with an excellent breakfast for 3.50€, pleasantly surprised to find a vibrant and inexpensive local community right across the highway with good tapa bars, good shopping witching walking distance as well

Expensive restaurant, also it was very hot during our stay and the pool was closed, no sense not opening the pool when it’s 30C outside, we were there may 8-10, it was scheduled to open on may 22 but if the summer came early the pool should open early too!

Stayed to catch a flight the next day. Close to the airport, location was perfect. Shuttle service (large van) from airport in the evening after calling hotel and to airport in the morning was the main reason I selected hotel. Was unfamiliar with hotel, and was pleasantly surprised with accommodations, staff, and overall. Will definitely stay again if need another single night hotel to catch flight between trips.

Arrived too late for a massage (3rd party off-site) in the room. Thought it was in the hotel when I read it was an option. Had I known it was 3rd party, I would have emailed them to try to book something vs waiting to arrive at hotel.

The hotel is really comfortable and clean, with good breakfasts and helpful staff, good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. If the swimming pool had been opened, it would have been even nicer to stay there. Maybe next time:)

The hotel is situated quite far away from the city centre and main tourist attractions. It took us literally about 1 hour one way to get where we wanted. First, you have to take a bus which takes you to the nearest metro station, from there, you need to have at least one or two changes within 10 or 11 metro lines to travel to your destination:) The taxi that you can take cost from 25 up to 30 euros one way.

Very good place to recover after a long trip on an airplan before next flight the day after. Very nice personnel who solved your problems. It was great to spend some hours in front of the pool and be able to go and work a little on the computer and some lunch. Comfortable to have the transport from and to the airport.

I did not have breakfast but if I understood right, it was quite expensive. I had lunch for less Not easy to find the place where I should go at the airport to get transport, when phoning the reception to ask, they use other names on the place compared to signs at the airport

it was a very nice place and very clean and the staff was very attentive and informative. the hotel is about a half mile from a Great Mall and Uber is easy to get within minutes. it was about 23€ to the historic area for sight seeing. everything is fairly close and there’s a small restaurant a block away. they have a restaurant on the property and I had breakfast for about €7 but they have a full buffet for €11. the menu is very nice and varied. they also have a pool and a terraza to hang out at. they also offer free shuttle to the airport! that’s like a €30 savings!

other than the mall there really is not very much interesting to walk to. but they have a bar so that’s nice. they make Nespresso instead of real brewed coffee which to me is like instant. but that’s a minor thing!!
