Twin Rabbit Guesthouse

The location is easily accessible from Hongik University Station which is about 500 m away. We're pleasantly surprised that adapters are provided in the room. Clothes hangers are also provided. The pantry comes with a water dispenser. The owner was responsive with our enquiries before and after our arrival.

Wonder why the password to the door is displayed outside. It could have been given via other mode of communication. There's slight bursting with the tap of the basin.

Owner and staff are very nice. They helped me when my kid was sick. The owner took us to the children clinic and helped us talking to the doctor. The staff, both of them, were helpful and helped us to contact the owner when our kid was sick at night. They also gave some information about where to eat, some cheap local restaurants, some good dining places. We are really appreciated them. We will come back again next time.

Jun and his partner were very friendly and helpful...when our apartment water did not work due to the super cold temperatures of minus 10 celsius and below (likely burst pipe), they provided alternative lodging for us and helped us shift

The family apartment itself where there was no water, with 3 bedrooms. 2 of rooms have to walk downstairs a steep flight of steps to basement. Hard to bring down heavy luggage.

Staff were very friendly and let you use the kitchen also free laundry services. The location was excellent for hongdae street. Good value for money. Multiple languages are spoken by the staff including English.

room: excellent, i've got a room for 3 people and there's more than big enough, also clean as well location: good, you can walk to the guesthouse from hongik station exit 3 in just about 5 minutes staff: there's thai staff who is so friendly and helpful

the wall is quite thin, you can hear the sound of water when your neighbour showers and the sound of someone doing something above your ceiling the pillow is too small and thick

the location was perfect, its only a few minute walk away from exit 3. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was useful. Rooms were clean and tidy. We have a good stay, will definitely come back again.

The heater was not warm enough, but it was understandable because the temp. was dropping a lot on the period we stayed.

The beds are amazingly comfortable! The location is perfect.(10 minutes from no3 subway exit) The hotel provides private living room, toilet, and kitchen. It will be very affordable for families or friends to visit!

It was kinda hard to find the location. But if u use some local navigation appliances like “naver map” or “kakao map” i think u will be just fine.

Staff is very nice and helpful. They responded all my questions and tried to help us all the time. They recommended some good restaurants. The location was convenience, close to Hongik Station Exit 3 with many shops and restaurants around. Very close to Hongdae. Free laundry. Nice place to stay.

This is not our first stay in this hostel. And it was always a pleasant stay. We love it because it is very close to the Hongik University Station, has washing machine and drying machine too. We love Twin Rabbit more than the other (Sunny Hill). If there is a chance our family go to Seoul again and stay here, please dont move us to the Sunny Hill again.

The owner is very responsive to our needs and moved us to a better room than what was originally assigned. The washer/dryer were very useful for longer stay. The location is near Forest Line near Hongik exit 3 and the bustling hongdae area There are a lot of quaint cafes, restos , marts and convenience storea nearby. Good value for money.
