Noel Business Hotel

Location is central, close to the beach and shopping street! The bed mattress is hard and super comfortable to sleep on got better sleep at the hotel than at home! The toilet is separate from the shower which is very convenient! Hotel comes with simple continental breakfast (bread/egg/snacks/coffee)

The owner/staff barely speak any English, so it was hard chatting with them, but they are still very friendly!

he staff members are incredibly pleasant and charming. The rooms are immaculate and equipped with all the necessary amenities.

The current check-in and check-out times are unjust; we are required to check in at 4 pm and check out by 11:00 am. It would be more reasonable if they could extend the check-out time to 1 pm, considering the significant amount of money we are spending. We expect the value we receive to be commensurate with the price we pay.

As a foreign girl traveling alone to Busan for a weekend, these were the highlights of my stay: - Great location in safe area: very close to Haeundae station and beach (both about 5-min walking distance), but the hotel street is actually residential and very quiet, so the nightlife noises won't make you sacrifice your sleep - very much loved the Korean style bedroom! Super comfy bed with shiny white and odor-free sheets, wooden floor, water kettle with teabags + mini fridge, and big shower with steaming hot water (very much appreciated in cold December). Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, & toothbrush are provided in abundance and their quality was actually very good. They also have a legit hair dryer you can use (I always carry mine just in case the hotel has a bad old one, but this one was legit) - The owner is a very sweet lady who doesn't speak much English, but with my broken Korean and some hand gestures we understood each other well enough! Kudos for the quickest check-in/check-out of my life. I will definitely come back here for my next stay in Busan!!

- There's not much choice of food for breakfast (cup ramyeon, bread-butter-jam and eggs, and coffee), but for a quick and easy meal, it was just right for me. No food is allowed in the room, which can be a little inconvenient, but you can have it in the common room on Floor 1.

The room was nice and clean, very comfortable. The location was great, near the beach and the metro station.

The communication with the employees was a little difficult because most of the times there was no one at the reception. We also thought breakfast was included but that was not the case, there was a "breakfast room" but it was always empty and we couldn't figure out how it was supposed to be used.

Very well located near Haeundae Beach, main street and subway but not too close so that the noise bothers you Room was VERY spacious and super clean Modern and well equipped The owner speaks only Korean so can be tricky for some (but I had no issue)

The bed was a bit hard so I didn't sleep that well and the aircon stronger than I thought and I caught a cold so pay attention to that

Rooms are quite large and very modern and clean. The location is fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the beach and amenities. There is a washer/dryer on the premises that is very handy. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. For the price it is a great deal.

Just a few minutes walking to reach the beach and the Haeundae station. Very good location and very helpful staff. The self-service laundry room is located beside the reception desk.

Very helpful staff. They were available to meet any needs I had. The bed was very comfortable. I slept until 12 and there was no noise from the cleaning staff.

Very considerate staff and owners. Really particularly nice people and willing to help whereever they could. Due to the (great) location, the room is a bit loud. The window doesn't vlose very well. But really comfortable, easy to find.

Very friendly staff and we were very happy with our room during our stay there. Great hospitality!

Breakfast hours finish a bit too early. Other than that, our stay was really great!!
