my flight was delayed and I was accommodated with no issues despite my 12am arrival. very easy check In. You are able to pay cash for you incidental fee which you will received upon check out. Very Prime Location as it is centered in the T-Mobile district. Parking was available but decided to park on the street which was a short walking distance. Received 70$ hotel credit at the Pool bar for food and drinks which was awesome. Zip-lining and Adventures nearby. Free shuttle to the beach and old San Juan.

very prime location. The balcony was not private , as it faced the sun deck, none the less , it’s a great oppurtunity to sit and see the hustle and bustle of the T mobile district.

A very good choice for people going on a cruise, the cruise port is right next door :-) Very comfy beds and there is a small café in the lobby where you can buy sodas, beer, sandwiches and more. There are also two restaurants in the building. The breakfast is very good with a choice of a continental or regular. I recommend the Egg Benedikt :-)

Love the location, we were near the beaches, fort, shopping. The restaurants and casino were what we expected. The food was amazing. Concierge did a great job accommodating our needs. Security had a busy week ensuring all was well at the hotel. They did a great job. All staff I encountered had a smile on their face and presented good and positive vibes.

The rooms were nice but my bathroom had previous sink leaks. You can tell housekeeping didn't give it any attention once it was fixed.

Everything was as expected and staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist.

Pros: Food at the pool was good. Temp checks before you walk in each time with hand sanitizer. Our room was very spacious and clean.

Cons: Pool Area Was Small For The Amount Of People. Elevator Was A Headache Because A Few Of Them Were Broken. Hotel is not near anything, you will need a car or be prepared to pay for Uber/Lyft. The restaurant on site (Texas De Brazil) had the worst service and the food was mediocre. Definitely eat elsewhere.

Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. Staff was well informed regarding excursions. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Rooms were comfortable. Housekeeping needed a little bit more attention. Pool and casino areas were all very clean and relaxing. All in all a great vacation. Well worth the prices

I loved the pool.

The location was great. Walking distance of restaurants and activities. The shuttles to the beach and Old San Juan were great. Plenty to do at the hotel as well. Everything I need for our post cruise stay.

Took several requests to get extra towels. They never did bring the extra blanket we requested. For the price we paid per night, more attentiveness to those things are expected.

Easy access to everything, room service was fast, staff was extremely helpful, the shuttle took you to all of the best local spots like Old San Juan and Escambron beach, and my favorite part was all of the excitement in the casino with live music & dancing.

The need to fix or do better with the parking,having to stamp my ticket every time or not finding a spot bcus there nothing reserved if you staying with the hotel get annoying. They should use the same card you use for the room to open and close the gate for the parking instead of a ticket you need to get it stamp every time you go out.
