The breakfast was nice (scrambled eggs, ham slices/sausages, hash browns, juices, coffee/tea, fruits, hot/cold cereal, yogurt, toasts, etc.). May be they could add some pastries, but overall it was good. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a small gym with basic, but good equipment as well as a nice small pool.

The location could be better as it's very much in a rural area, and it's extremely difficult to get an Uber (although the hotel had some contact information for local transportation companies). Also, the muffins sold in the lobby were dry and not very tasty :(

I liked the location because it's fairly close to my families that live here. I also enjoyed the comfort the rooms had to offer and the wifi wasn't bad making it nice and easy for me to enjoy my downtime whenever I was done travelling for the day

What I didn't like was that there's no microwave units in the rooms and having to go down to the lobby to heat up your food when you just want to relax in your room can feel very discouraging, especially with a mini fridge in the rooms

Everything was excellent - from the check-in to the last day, they were very courteous & accommodating, specially the night staff. I requested a softer pillow bcs I suffer of migraine headaches & they didn't hesitate & brought it to my room. Also requested some other extra items which were promptly provided. Very secure hotel, even the elevator is activated with your hotel key. Stores & restaurants at a walking distance. Also not far from Outlets in Barceloneta & San Juan. Great breakfast & delicious coffee. I highly recommend it & definitely will be staying here again.

There really is nothing that I didn't like but I do recommend a microwave oven in the room, maybe the other rooms had one but mines didn't. I did see one in down in the breakfast area.

The property was beautiful inside. clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served was always fresh and delicious.

The refrigerator in our room didn’t work. when we told the staff member he didn’t seem to care. I was disappointed to get no response, no apology, and he didn’t seem to care about the food we had put inside it had to be thrown away. Considering the cost to stay at the hotel I would expect better customer service.

Location was great. We had family on both ends of Puerto Rico and we were right in the middle. The breakfast was nothing to brag about, the a/c kept kicking off and on and was extremely loud. Kept us up half the night every night- You ought to fix that. The best part of our stay was the restaurant right around the corner to the hotel called El Tren De Carno who served us the most delicious meal we had eaten over the 2 weeks we were here. I will go back there on our next trip.

The a/c unit shouldn't be that loud. It needs serviced.

The location was very accessible. Near stores and places to eat. Not far from the beach. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was a bonus.

Just short of 3 hours for the check in, front desk called about not having a room for us after doing the reservation with a month or so in advance. They gave us the option of moving the date or going to another hotel that was farther at no cost. After explaining that I was already in town, she said to just arrive like normal. That seem odd . Other than that, it was a good stay.

The service was good, also the breakfast and the personal was so amazing.

The room smell bad like humidity. Also the room service when came to clean the room, don't clean well, because the bathroom was dirty and don't clean the carpet. Also don' t change the glass of water. Also the sofa bed was uncomfortable, we felt the springs.

This location was a great place to stay for my family. It was a pit stop before driving to visit family in the south of the island. The room was clean and the size was decent for my family of 5. We will most likely stay here again because it was easy to get to.

We didn't have body wash in the dispenser but the concierge brought us some right away.

I only spent one night and did not use any of the hotel amenities so it’s hard to give a full review. It was however the first hotel I stayed with breakfast included, huge bonus for me. The beach is a drive, but reasonable. It was my last day on the island and I would consider this location again because it was a reasonable distance from the airport. I drive around the entire island this trip and selected this location based on the ability to choose several beach options in the am, then drive to the airport in the pm. My favorite part was the breakfast and comfortable bed. The little fridge, coffee/tea pot and living room seating to watch TV were very appreciated! The sofa was comfortable and offered a nice place to enjoy tea and cookies after dinner while searching for my go to beach the next day.

I’m really not sure. I didn’t use all the amenities and interacted minimally with hotel staff. I went to Mar Chiquita Beach and Playa Mar Chiquita. Good parking, two beach locations to choose from. Plenty to explore and vendors if you like. The beach parking and area however were poorly maintained. Several trash cans for public use, but somehow not fully appreciated. Found a needle cap which made me wonder where the needle was? The Sandy beach was much cleaner than the parking lot area.

The breakfast was excellent and full filling and the staff was very friendly and professional. I cannot complain and will recommend to anyone that ask and want to travel to Puerto Rico.

I have nothing wrong to say about this, no complaints.
