Platinum Residence

The location of the Platinum Residence is simply amazing, close to everything yet in a quiet space. It's in the heart of the city centre, easy to access by all type of transports. The facility is huge, modern, clean and with kind staff. The apartment itself is large with good fornitures, comfy bed, TVs and a nice bathroom. Moreover the view from the window is simply stunning facing all the city skyline.

I was expecting bit more accessories in the bathroom and considering the standard of the facility I didn't expect to find 2 bugs in the living room. I also expected a complimentary drink at arrival, but overall was a clean apartment and a good experience of stay.

The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. The whole occupies quite a large area, so you can rest comfortably. The apartment is conveniently located in terms of transportation. Easy access by tram from the central station. Nearby there are many restaurants and a grocery store - Biedronka.

It is difficult to say as it was perfect for me. One thing that was missing was a kitchen cloth. Also, a drying rack for hand-washed dishes was missing.

A large apartment, comfortable and well maintained, positioned in the city center but far from busy streets. The staff has been all nice and helpful and kindly allowed an earlier check-in free of charge. Overall, if the apartment was a little smaller and cheaper it would be 11/10, but maybe that's just a solo traveller's perspective.

Breakfast options were not that great, however a kitchenette and nearby groceries are enough to cover that. Wi-Fi was good quality but a little inconvenient and also possibly paid.

The view from the balcony was amazing, lots of great shops and bars in the nearby area, size of the apartment worked really well for just myself and my partner, very respectable price for how long we stayed and what we got, very friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was a generous size for me and my partner but we only got two small pillows and a very small duvet. That's the only issue I had with my stay.

The room was spacious, perfect for two. Had a little kitchen, multiple cabinets, a comfy sofa, a tub and a washing machine. Signs of normal wear was showing but wasn't affecting the quality of the room.

Noise from the streets was coming up but it was the middle of the city so it's okay. Check-in was a bit late but expectations were managed by the host ahead of time so that's only a minor inconvenience.

I liked how comfortable the bed was and how beautiful the apartment and surrounding areas is. And the view was amazing

There wasnt much sugar & tea, coffee so I think you could put more sugar, coffee and tea in the apartment. Especially during the winter season

No internet connection in my room! I asked twice at the reception but the problem was not solved. The second night there was no water from 22:00 until 06:00! They informed me at the reception, but if I knew that earlier I would have booked elsewhere.

"Room" was more than expected. I was alone in the "apartment" with two bed rooms. I did not take breakfast. Location was fantastic due to the fact that I had the meetings in a nearby hotel. I would recommend Platinium Hotel.

Great location, close to metro and coffee and food and market. Very friendly reception speaking good English

No water for specific days from 22:30 to 06:00. I was not informed. Also, A/C was working independently when I was lowering the temperature at the radiators.

It was really clean and very fancy. Also an amazing view I really wanne add that i adore the people who work there. They are really friendly, super helpful, and just overall great people! Definitely staying there again.
