Centrality to the city.

The beds, and shower. Bed was so uncomfortable as were the Pillows, woke up with sore back and neck each day. The shower is crazy pressured, which for some they might enjoy, however, the pressure from this sent water essentially all through the bathroom, leaving water on the floor and walls. This is quite a safety hazard, as the floor is fully tiled. I also found the bath quite a high step over to get into the shower. Perhaps safety/support bars could be installed. Especially for shorter people or the elderly.

The rooms were lovely and spacious. The spa was an added bonus. The room was beautiful and clean.

Unfortunately behind our room, which was able to stare directly into one of the bedrooms and spa was a smoking area.. which means the cigarette smoke came directly into the bedroom and if you didn’t want to keep the curtains down all day then people can stare directly in. I appreciate people require a smoking area, but behind a bedroom is probably not the ideal place.

The manager on at the time was amazingly patient in dealing with mishaps in the booking system (agoda, booking.com) . She maintained a kind attitude towards me despite staff from booking.com mucking us around, late at night. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable with a delightful 'secret' room of the bedroom with a full size spa. Highly recommend.

Hard to find fault! Every point of contact with all staff, cleaners, reception etc was always helpful, and kind. Amazing service. This has become my firm favourite on Palmerston North. Great price too!!

The room was fantastic; comfortable, clean, spacious, and had everything we could've wanted or needed ... love the fact that there's no mini-bar in the room so you don't have to put up with that annoying stuff when you're checking out and waiting for days to have your credit card deposit refunded. No fuss check-in, pay for your room, get your key and enjoy your stay ... then just hand your key in the next morning and get on your way. The staff are excellent, and were very helpful when we decided to stay over for an extra night. The sauna is a fantastic bonus ... and the gym and squash court looked great too. There wasn't anything negative about our stay at Bentley's. Thank you.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We'll definitely be back and we'll definitely recommend it to others.

The spa tub was clean and neat, it was extremely hot water going in so I did not have to wait for the pumps to heat it up. There were towels in the outside 'room' with the tub and housecoats in the bedroom closet. The location had a pak n save grocery store within a 2 min walk so I was able to pick up breakfast fixings easily when i arrived. I liked the reasonable amount of milk offered in a glass milk bottle. The location was quiet. The shower had amazing water pressure and flow; looked like it had new hoses and taps.

I would have liked an electric blanket on the bed as winter is cold in NZ.

Everything was very good for our group of 4 girlfriends travelling from outside of Palmerston North from Auckland and Wellington! The rooms were clean, though we should have requested more towels and flannels and milk for the four of us. Everything was very well appointed.

The blind in my king bed room in Unit 2 did not cover the right side so people could look into my room as I slept. I also booked and expected to pay $288.00 for the night and ended up paying $314.00

The motel was in a great location. Our rooms were very comfortable with good facilities. We liked the fact that, whilst we were only staying for two nights, the rooms were serviced and fresh towels were put in the bathroom.

We didn't have time to mention to the motel in the morning, but the hairdryer kept cutting out on us and needed a rest before starting again. We felt that this was due to overheating and could see that the filter was clogged. Just needed a clean. We felt that pricing was a little high. However, we were two people wishing to stay in a two-bedroom unit and acknowledge that the rate was based on 4 guests.

The room was lovely and clean which is always welcoming. The spa was wonderful. The rooms are secure and warm - although I think the bigger rooms would benefit from having heat pumps installed instead of multiple heaters

There was a slightly musty smell in the room which suggests to me that there is a possible leak somewhere. We booked for 4 adults and found there were only 2 robes in the closet. That was a bit awkward Other tenants obviously had visitors as we had a hard time finding a park close to our room. We had to park around the corner

The room had everything we needed including a kitchenette with microwave etc and a good variety of sky channels. Very close to the city centre it was just a short walk

We really cant complain we are very happy with finding this motel - the only thing that could make it better for us would be to have air conditioning but you are provided with a fan which works pretty well, and there was a good cross flow of air when the windows are open

Motel is not Central but you could walk to the square if need be. For us it was great because it was on the same street as people we were visiting. Just a few hundred meters to Pak n Save and a good chinese restaurant. We loved having our own spa pool in the room (yes pool not bath!). Rooms are clean and tidy and while it's an older place it's been kept to a good standard. Our room was right down the back of the complex and was quiet, although being set on a residential street I suspect noise would not be an issue in any of the rooms.
