GG Hotel Bandar Sunway

There was a small pool table, two arcade games but some of the controls were broken by guests, and there was a playstation which my boyfriend really loved haha. Loved the lighting of the room too, adds to the ambience and vibe.

The bed sheets and pillows had some stains. And I wanted to request for two more pillows through their said app but I could not go through the website after scanning the code given, I also tried searching the app but I couldn’t find it, I eventually gave up haha.

It is a nice budget hotel which is within a walking distance to public transport (BRT), sunway pyramid and sunway lagoon. Multiple convenient store and restaurants within walking distance too. I do really like the Kiosk machine, is easy to understand and fast to process. The staff is really helpful too during our stay. They help us carry our heavy load of boxes to our room. Fast respond from them in whatsapp when the customer in need of help.

The hotel is situated at the shop lots with heavy traffic and too much car honk. The wall is thin and you can hear the neighboring rooms. A room for three people only have 2 plugs and one of it is not working.

Everything was superb, From the check-in , room decorations quite , indain restaurants all around the hotel, waking distance from mall & Sunway Lagoon. 💧 water in the shower room woow . Value of money. Good for who lives or travel with small bag's. Because there is no place to put ur leagues ,but the overall I loved the hotel.

No Fridge in the room it's important for me because I carrying medicine. But it's OK I managed it

My 1st self service kiosk check in,very unique... Love the fact if anything wrong whenever call the number stated there will always be someone to picked it up. Great lounge area,didnt manage to play the games or watch movies but excellent. Highlight of the trip,the free hot chocolate was superb!!! Definately gonna stay here again....

Fast check out and check in using self service kiosk. The staff was fast to respond when we ask for assistance by calling the hotel phone number. Very clean and cozy. They have coffee machine and water filter in the lobby. The bed fits for 3 people for our room. Next to Mamak restaurant. Walking distance from Sunway Piramid. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided but the hotel is near to convenience store.

No parking when you come during office hours

I Like that Neon Light look like at 80's Back to Future also like inside got Mini Games、Snooker and PS5 Games too im Room No 307

Actually everything is Good only that PS5 not Good Because when want to play think is free then open up but when open to play the games need to buy first then can play 🙄

Walking distance to Sunway Lagoon, food outlets, laundry shop & convenient stores. Even it is also near to BRT station. Easy & smooth check-in via Self Check-In Kiosk. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean & comfy although a bit small. Water pressure was good. Value for money, suitable for those who are simple & not fussy. Gamers would love this hotel.

Congested.. busy area, quite hard to get parking.

Many parking spaces just opposite of hotel. Nearby has a lot eateries and convenient stores. Walking distance to Sunway Pyramid too. The game room made us not wanting to leave the hotel for other activities.
