MTREE Hotel

still love the rooftop swimming pool (open 7 am to 7 pm), though it is much run down now since i last stayed a few years ago (sandy at bottom of pool, not much trees, run down gazebos, no more tables & chairs at the deck) but pool water is clean. and i simply love the quiet atmosphere at the pool. the security guard was lovely allowing me to go for a swim before he locked the door to the pool (it was closing time) - i appreciate the kind gesture very much! the check-in & check-out was smooth. the bed was super comfortable, aircon was super efficient, the rain shower was wonderful. TV has acceptable channels - news, movie, sports. now there is an open parking space just next to the hotel for guests which is very convenient (instead having to drive up to the in-building parking with gates and need to validate parking ticket at counter). within walking distance to shops and there is a mamak restaurant nearby which is always nice :-) definitely value for money!

The best and affordable hotel anyone can find in Puchong. Staffs are very friendly (be it receptionist, bell boy, or security). Cleanliness is tip top from lobby up to your room. Room is spacious and the beds are very comfy. All basic amenities are provided in the room (except iron). Bathroom is also very spacious.

This hotel do provide iron but the irons are all place at the hallway which is outside your room. No big deal for me but maybe some will find it troublesome especially if you have many ironing to do.

the hotel is very clean n the yong chow fried rice was super delicious. was easy to move around as the location was good. no noise which was a bonus. housekeeping staff was very accomodating as all other staff.

- the room wasnt well lit. i kept thinking there is a light i havent switched on. -no in house dining during breakfast. would be good to have this as not everyone would want to go down to the coffee house for breakfast. -no fridge, need to request when booking.

Hotel front desk staff friendly and very clean environment.Parking no issues if u are hotel guests.For bikers like me it’s a great place.Small room but it's sounds proof.Hotel located near highway surprisingly there is no any weird sound.Check in and check out super easy.

room 726 has a faulty sensor near the door that releases a low frequency noise that’s piercing and irritating. It’s uncomfortable for people with sensitive hearing. unable to have proper sleep

The location was excellent The bed was comfortable The staffs were helpful and polite

it may be specific to my room. The desk light was working only intermittently and I had to work on the bed most of the time. And the wifi tends to drop off.

The room are quiet no disturbing by neighbour. Bed comfortable no rushing and enjoy.

The room got the alarm whistle sound whole night. And the window not seal well. Highway noise very loud. Shower area floor very slippery.

clean room. Excellent location with plenty of food choices around the hotel. The train station is within 5 minutes walking station.

The pipe at the toilet is hard to press. The parking ticket is expired. And we have to wait for the security
