Apex Boutique Hotel @ Bandar Sunway

The room is very clean and comfortable. There are many parking lots available beside the boutique hotel even when we checked in at 10pm. The parking lots are FOC. You need to press and get the parking card at the parking lot entry. Then, you show the parking card at the reception of the boutique hotel. The staff will issue you a small note (to be given to the parking lot guard) to waive the parking lot payment. Very smooth check in process as well.

Same day, met another staff in the hotel that he treated guests very nice and gentle, pressed the elevator and hold the elevator for guests, told us the direction of our room after exit from elevator. Great service from him! The room itself is cozy enough for our stay, have a great rest after a long walk in Pyramid, very strategic location for the hotel as is just walking distance.

The staff's attitude annoyed me as I would like to find out for the latest check out time during my check in, the staff's reply not very nice,I was told the latest by 12.30pm at first and I responded okay, immediately next min she changed the time and said according to the hotel is only up to 12pm and will be charged RM10 for every extended hour. She did not check with the management and so. it doesn't really matter whether possible to check out later than usual time as I'm just wondering and will be fully understand but her tone and her service wasn't as good as how I checked in with others receptionists during the same stay in Apex previously. Would appreciate if she can just tell in a nice way to guest for what they queries,that's all.

Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Only 5 minutes walking distance to Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon. Rooms are a bit small but good for two persons. Front desk staff is very friendly. They will guide you the direction to the mall. Even when we needed cutlery, they were able to provide it to us. This hotel also has a water dispenser so you don't have to buy a big bottle of water if you plan to stay for a few days. Other than that, they have a refrigerator but you have to share it with other guests.

There was a problem with the window switch, we tried to close the window but couldn't, but it didn't affect much. We still slept well.

Really clean room and bed. Floor was clean as well with no stickiness. Bed and pillow was very comfortable. Aircon was cold enough!

Was surprised that there was no clean up the next day. It was also noisy as the hotel is near the highway maybe. We could also hear people talking from downstairs as there was alot of shops. We booked the family room, it was abit small for 3 but it's sufficient for just few nights.

The hotel is located next to Sunway Pyramid shopping mall and Lagoon entrance just a few minutes away. Plenty of shops and local eateries yet to offer for your choice of selection.

The only thing I don't like is the water basin water pressure quite low.

The hotel is situated just next to Sunway Piramid so it is very convenient. Parking is easy.

There are quite a lot of foreigners living around the area so I feel a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, for the price that we paid, maybe we expect a bigger room size or room with windows but overall our stay was pleasant
