perfect location for airport only few mins drive. Lovely pool at the roof top , friendly staff , very clean , nice towels, and comfy beds and linen. there are a few shops just outside hotel, a 7-11, guardian pharmacy and the best thing was a great italian restaurant called Gallo Nero - a must try. great food, great service and the owner Lorenzo was really friendly and warm and gave us local information . highly recommended!

We booked the room for 3 nights. The room was spacious with big TV, good amenities and top notch clean! The housekeeper make up our room daily without fail. We had full activities planned during the day and it was great to come back to a clean fresh room in the evening. Breakfast starts at 7:30am and food served at the restaurant was awesome. For a 3 star hotel, I didn't expect food quality and even presentation was exceptional. All the staff that we've encountered during our stay were friendly and very helpful. We arrived the hotel early at 10am and wanted to keep our bags at the counter however the receptionist, Ms Azila were so kind to allow us to check in early!

Beautiful room, incredibly helpful and friendly staff! Allowed me to check in early, booked me a taxi to the airport, arranged me an early breakfast due to my flight time, and helped me to move rooms when my ac wasn’t working. The pool was gorgeous. I’d had to leave my previous place for my last night in Langkawi because of a bad situation and this was just what I needed! The food from the restaurant is delicious 😌

The food was absolutely delicious, best spag boll and fabulous carrot and pumpkin soup. The staff went above and beyond. it was incredibly clean and the pool was great. All in all a really excellent place to stay

it seems more than 4 stars as it is better than all the 4 stars hotels that i stayed in Malaysia

Breakfast was the best value for that price. Good service. Great view from the pool.

There is no light at the pool bar when we are gonna have dinner there. We had to use flashlight instead. I'm satisfied with my single room but I heard a lot of complains from my friends that the double room always has big cockroaches jump out. I will come again and might book a double bed room and hope this WILL NOT HAPPEN in my room! LOL

The room, bathroom, breakfast and swimming pool The closet was alittle weird though as it was acting as a door for the toilet as well. So you had to either becareful when going to the toilet or opening the closet

The room chairs were a little stained :) but it wasn't such a big deal.

The room was quite big and very clean.. the toilet also clean and the breakfast buffet delicious..love it and enjoying stay here

The hotel should provide additional room card like others hotel..this hotel only provide 1 card per room..and if u want to go buy something downstair , u take need to take the card with you and everything will turn off.. at least keep the refrigerator on all the time..hotel guest might want to keep chocolate or drink cold..

Great pool. Friendly staff, they even prepared a breakfast to go, as we had to leave early. Walking distance to airport, if you don’t have too much luggage.

New hotel, well-run, clean and with very friendly staff, with good breakfast and a nice pool on top floor to relax at sunset. Very close to the airport (less than 5 mins by cab/grab). Recommended not only to those who want to stay close to the airport but also as a good base to explore the island!

Two things: 1) The air-con thermostat is rather primitive, with no way to fine tune the wind from fans as well as setting temperature properly. As a matter of fact, during our stay we had to deal with a lot of cold air hitting one side of the bed and woke up multiple times per night (the staff helped us as best as they could, incl. by offering a 2nd room for the night). Not sure if this was the problem of our room or a general setup in all rooms. 2) I stayed two times in this hotel and both times dine-in was not available as the restaurant was reserved for some events. Not sure it's a coincidence or a frequent situation but it's a pity (esp. as food is quite yummy).
