Everything. The people that worked there were very nice and friendly. Jamel was great as well and a great person.

The bald headed manager. He did not speak to us after speaking to families surrounding us at dinner. Seemed racially motivated.

the rooms were exceptionally luxurious . the service of the cleaning staff was outstanding . the location of the resort is ideal as it’s not too far from the main langkawi town

I really have no complaints . my only concern was the limited food options especially for people with no taste for Malay cuisine . continental options were too limited and my 20 years old son struggled with the food at the resort .

the location is phenomenal, you truly believe you’re in the rainforest. They have buggies that drive you everywhere within the park so if you don’t want to, you don’t have to walk ;) beautiful pools, good restaurants, amazing service and fine WiFi. the room gets cleaned once/twice a day and are on their turn again amazing. breakfast has many options with a buffet as well as a menu. the western options at the buffet aren’t the best but the menu options are freshly made and very nice. we’d definitely recommend ordering from there. at arrival you get greeted by multiple staff and they receive you very kindly with a welcoming snack. the monkeys are definitely present so always remember to lock you balcony door! they’re very smart, one tries to open ours and if it wasn’t locked, he would’ve succeeded haha. a very fun addition tho! we weren’t bothered by them one bit, the hotel knows well how to keep them at bay from the restaurants etc.

some of the menus of the restaurants were quite limited and the waiting time was always quite long, even for a drink. in general very quick service in this hotel, except for the restaurants, but even so the food was good none the less.

The hotel is superb, great facilities and great staff. People are all very friendly and attentive. The check in procedure is great and easy. The staff explain very everything in detail, the breakfast, the facilities in the hotel and the room. Everyone is proactively to offer help and advice during our stay. The staff in the Langkawi Kitchen is great. Everyday, we have got recommended with their food and drink, don't miss that if you are staying in this hotel. The manager at the Langkawi Kitchen is very sharp and detail minded. He pays attention to every customer in the hotel and he can remember that I have coffee every morning. The yoga trainer proactively invited to the free yoga class. The staff did tell us a lot about Langkawi. The buggy service is great. The room is designed thoughtfully and we like every detail in the room. It's well furnished. The bed is great and comfy. The view is absolutely stunning with great sea view and forest. You can see different species of animals at the balcony which makes you feel that you are a part of the nature. Other than the Langkawi Kitchen, we had our dinner at the Horizon Bar. Great location for dinner with the infinity pool. You can see the most beautiful sunset in there. Drinks and food are nice, even though it's bit pricey. But it's a great experience spending time there. End up, we spent more time in the hotel as you have a lot to explore. The facilities in the hotel are all great, the beach, the gym room.

Nothing much

The rooms were really spacious, great views and great amenities. The staff are always attentive, friendly and great to chat with. If you have kids, they will get a goody bag from RitzKids which was great for the kids. Location is great! Just 15mins away from airport so you dont have to rush when checking out and catching the next flight home.

I believe theres always areas to improve. Overall, great staff, service and experience!

Loved everything about this hotel. The location was super convenient to the airport - you don’t get disturbed by any planes etc. The kids club was phenomenal! the pool and views are amazing. Breakfast was amazing too. Everything was so fresh and delicious! so many options and it’s such a kid-friendly resort. Staff are beyond amazing and make you feel like it’s home. We stayed for 4 nights and loved it.

Food is expensive at the hotel - but we used Grab to deliver some local delicacies and it was all good! The hotel staff even bring it to your room - such great people.

The best bed I have ever had, super amazing bed and amazing staff in general. The restaurants are amazing and the spa was great with a nice view. Really nice beach.

The staff member called Ahmed lied to us. He told us that we need to make a deposit minimum of 6500 MYR if we are paying by card. However, for cash, he said you can pay a minimum of 500 MYR, which is not true. We had to withdraw cash from the ATM, which costs us international withdrawal fees. There was no shower on the beach. The shower is located close to the pool, which can be annoying. The horizon pool was cold, and there was no heater to heat up the pool water, so no one swims there. However, the ocean water was warm. There was an extermly high generator noise by the horizon pool.

Safety of premise is of prime concern and RC provided that.The minute i stepped into the resort,the welcoming ambience was perfect & check in procedure was smooth.All the staff were eager to assist & help & their effortless endeavour in making me comfortable was easily felt.Breakfast spread was good ,by far the best!Amira frm Langkawi Kitchen was helpful especially in providing the extra slipper that we really needed for my mom.Yunia was helpful in making our breakfast time to be enjoyable moments with my family.To my surprise,the fruit cocktail & coconut drink provided by Zakir were very refreshing allowing us to taste the blend of fruits in them.Kudos to the buggy system and the beach guys who warned us of the grey sea urchins that were on the beach.Everyone did their part making an awesome team of RC staff!Keep up the good work..😃

1.No fridge in the room except for wine fridge 2.No hanging hooks in the bathroom 3.No door for the shower 4.Ironing board & iron should be provided in the villa
