Best Star Resort

I like almost everything. The location is perfectly strategic, the room is also comfortable. Very near to the beach and has swimming pool. So many restaurants in walking distance from the hotel and also duty free shopping centre. There are also many activities by the beach you can enjoy until midnight. If you are planning to have a candle light dinner by the beach, you can request it from the agents.

No hotel breakfast provided. Hardly to get parking as Chenang is always busy especially during weekend.

Location - excellent Close to airport , Beachfront, many stores and restaurant near the hotel. Good value of money

Amenities are closed (pool under renovation, informed us 1 day before our arrival) 12:30 am no water in the shower

Everything.. center of Chenang, and easy access to all. Parking is the issue, but not really problem. They clean and change my towels without request for the next day..

The smell of tap water. And got worms from tap water. That's scary. Not sure if my room only or others too.

We were not informed when we booked that the swimming pool was closed due to a planned refurbishment. We had stayed here before and that was a major reason we booked the hotel again

I have stayed few years. Still same everything and well maintained. Unfortunately this current visit unable to use pool. Anyway it's a nice vacation and will be stay here again if came to Langkawi.

The location was really good, the room was massive, we had sea view and was worth the extra money as it was cheap anyway! it’s a 2* hotel so you get what you pay for but it was a good hotel and if you looking for a clean, tidy, safe hotel then I would recommend stay here. The pool was clean and well kept, beach location, note sure you could ask for better when it come to a 2* age were brought to the room, AC was great! The staff were friendly and just a relaxed no bother hotel.

The sink in the toilet not clean when we check in. Look like someone puke in there.

Room are spacious, clean, air conditioning are cool, have access to the beach at the back of hotel, easy parking (although parking slot was allocated at other hotel nearby, 2 minutes by walking), very close to shop and restaurant/ cafe, body massage shop at hotel lobby.

Bathroom shower cool water volume a bit small, hot water are too hot due to having difficulty to adjust the control valve. Our room are at first floor and facing to the street, so noise from outside can be hear clearly in the room during early morning and late at night (consider minor disturbance to us).

8 of us friends stayed here for 5 nights on a boys trip… It was a great deal for the price we paid… and we were pleasantly surprised with the experience… beach front, with pool and close to restaurants and shops was all we could ask for! Rooms were decent and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

One of my friend reckons toilets could have been better but rest of us think they were decent enough.

The location of the hotel is great. Right on the beach, close to a lot of restaurants and shops and only a few minutes walk to a night market. The price is very good for what you get. A spacious room, breakfast and a nice pool right across from the beach.

The room had no hair dryer, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there are not a lot of power outlets for electronics to charge. It also doesn't fit the small 2-round pin plugs. So had to buy an adapter.
