The environment was very ambient and calm. The facilities also seem new and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay with strategic location in pantai chenang

I stayed on the 2nd floor and the water pressure was quite disappointing especially when the room below was occupied. Even the toilet cannot be flushed out. The water also seems a little brownish.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a room on the upper floor and the balcony was awesome. AC was working correctly. Room had a beautiful decoration.

Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, but unfortunately all you get is a menu where you can choose only one option (ex.: scrambled eggs with one slice of bread). It’s clearly insufficient.

Once we’re stepped in here, we were so in love. Everything was so comfortable, and the staff were so kind and friendly, the accommodate us well.

Our second night were actually quite disturbing with some guest (maybe) drunk, knocking the door like crazy. I have some sleep issue, once i awake it’s pretty hard for me to sleep back, he was knocking the door for 5 minutes at 3:15 am in the morning, imagine 3:15 am and it was so so loud, i even called my friend from the other room and she was also disturbed by the knocking door sound. But i dont know, the night shift staff dont really do anything to that particular guest, pretty upset about that actually.

Booked the 3bedrooms with private pool. It's great that each room has its own bath. Kids enjoy the pool so much, but not suitable for adults as the pool is just half metre deep.

Breakfast can be made better. Too simple.

Location was great, nearby the beach. Pantai chenang shops were less than 5 minutes drive away. Work was nearby too and there were ample of parking spaces

The sound proofing. You can hear the water pump when someone from the other rooms turns on the shower or flush.

This is a great option to stay in Chenang. Off the main strip, but still walkable to restaurants and the beach. There is a pool on property, and a breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff are very friendly and we’re very accommodating to all my needs.

It’s not soundproof at all, and there are villas that have private swimming pools. Families and small children were screaming in the pool late at night. However, the staff was helpful and asked them to quiet down after hours (the pool closes at 8pm). Additionally, the shower and bathroom were open air which I found a bit weird. Bathroom was hot and steamy from the humidity and lots of mold on the door. Also some bugs and stuff in the bathroom.
