Geneva Hotel

Hotel is 10-15 min walking distance to Galleria Mall and a lot of Restaurants, Pharmacy and Grocery. Location is perfect if you’d like to stay abit far from busy downtown. Pool is closed for whatever reason but it doesn’t matter of course cos I’ve been touring out in my entire stay. Wifi is very good. Power socket anyhow is only one far from bed. And somehow my fast charger didn’t work. There must be a reason I know nothing about. It never runs out of hot water. Breakfast is amazing! Staff are attentive to your needs and very helpful. Express laundry is super express! Their driver Mr. Hussein Haddad is the best! Kudos to the team! I will be back for sure!

Very nice hotel, I liked it a lot. Good location, excellent breakfast, swimming pool, internet.

I was asking for double bed, but was given a twin room with very narrow bed. Payment issue was also very challenging - in most hotels guests are trusted to pay during the stay not immediately upon arrival (if there are exceptional situations - my credit card was blocked for security reasons).

Breakfast is great. I had a really quiet room. The pool is just beautiful and it was nice to have weddings in the hotel, as noted, my room has quite but it might not be the case for all quests.

Cleaning service and distribution of water was not always at the same time, it migh be better that only once per day the staff is coming into the room.

As an overall experience the hotel was good. The hotel is located in one of the main streets in Amman with a number of shops within walking distance. Nice hotel, Rooms are of good size, large bathroom, Clean, good staff and good room service. Breakfast is of good variety. Having read previous reviews I Choose a room of the opposite side to the Main Street which was a good choice.

The area where the hotel located is however not a touristic area. You need a car if you want to move around. there was however a number of cafes and restaurant within 15 min walk from hotel.

What makes this hotel excel compared to others with a similar tier is their staff. The staff are kind, helpful, and efficient. The hotel provides all that is needed for a traveller. The breakfast is excellent. The rooms are very clean. No better value for the money!

The power plugs in the rooms are away from the bed. Perhaps it is for safety reasons and not a big deal, but it would have been better if I was able to charge my phone closer to the bed!

I started with the front office team ..super friendly professional..thanks for Mr safwan alrigb and Mr alaa alnoimat ends with the greatest guy which he helps me to get my heart medicine fast .. special thanks to him mr Ahmad aljoghl also special thanks for the kitchen team the breakfast chief and his team ..what a lovely food

The food price is a bit expensive

Staff are good, the bell man and the receptionist are well mannered.

But the housekeeping guy, around 8am im in my room waiting my taxi that i called he knock once and he opened the door. when he saw me he ask me are you check out without any hesitation, i answered back then he close the door without any word of apology. He should have his report before he start his work and its indicated there all the room status in his designated floor. Why he open the door even if its occupied?

Amazing and kind staff, super clean and very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. The location is good is you take an Uber to downtown, the price is 2-3 JD. I dont recommend taking normal taxis. Also very close to JETT bus stop.

The swimming pool was under maintenance. Expensive dinner :(

I like to swim at night maybe even after 12am the swim time was only from 9am to 6:30 pm The water is so cold it need to be warmed up so can swim in all season

Window couldn't be closed, therefore traffic sounds, and music from nearby mosque could be heared Shower head needs repairing
