Totally satisfied. Excellent variety, great food, excellent service and friendly staff.
The only thing that must be changed are the bath towels. They are clean, but very, very old. They are no longer white and deteriorating. Thanks

location was excellent, breakfast is very good, the room was clean and I would recommend it for travelers
the only negative thing was the light- I hardly could see despite turning all lights on :-). Fix the light especially in Winter guys and put plain Nescafe (not the sugared ones) on the coffee/tea tray.

the location is excellent. it’s close to Amman mall just 5 mins walk also it is next to the best Kunafa in Amman called Habiba Sweets:) Well earlier I had booked Rotana but to get real Jordanian feel you need to stay in this hotel. however staff will not be very comfortable to communicate in English but they try really hard. breakfast spread is really good.
I felt room AC should be worked on as they were heating the rooms across all the rooms, we felt our room was getting heated and we wanted to reduce the temperature but it was not happening. Rooms should have balcony it will be better. otherwise the hotel is really cozy and specially the wash room have been build with lot of thoughts.

This is my fourth stay and definitely i will choose this hotel again as i am so satisfied with it .Receptions ,,breakfast ,room facilities all are good .I will come again
nothing . I am so satisfied .But it was difficult for me to hang my suits as the clothes hanger was a bit high for me ,so i used to stand on my heels to reach them

The hotel is located in a vibrant area in Amman surrounded by so many restaurants. Easy pick up location for taxis. Breakfast was good. Abu Jbara is walking distance which is the go to BF restaurant. Room is very spacious and convenient.

The very welcoming and helpful staff at the check-in (especially Ms. Tina) and the other staff during our stay and at the check-out (sorry, forgot the names). We spent our wedding night there and got upgraded to a business suite, which was very nice! Thank you very much
