Sulaf Luxury Hotel

Super clean, nice and friendly staff with very sophisticated communication skills. I was served by Shahd, an awesome front desk helper.

All staff is extremely friendly. Moreover, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy. The street is really active, it was a positive thing for us since we wanted to try restaurants with many food options (like Abu Jbara and Habiba 😋). Also, we had an unplanned extension in Jordan, and the hotel was able to accommodate us for an extra night even though they were severely over-booked. Overall experience is that it is a great value for money, and we will definitely consider staying there again!

Cleanliness is something that can be slightly improved, not that it was bad, small things here and there. they were over-booked, and understandably, they had not had enough time to be detailed in their cleaning. Also, the breakfast could be slightly improved by serving fresher bread as sometimes the bread had dry corners.

Room size is good, staff are helpful and the hotel is close to restaurants and convenience stores. The front desk staff will get you an Uber if you want to go downtown.

The breakfast was horrible. This is a tourist hotel and the breakfast room is too small for the number of people it must accommodate at one time. The quality of hot dishes was poor and fresh fruit was limited. The egg station was good but the chef was overworked- because this was the best option.

Breakfast was amazing and a nice range everyday. Staff were always available to assist and help. Also fresh omelettes made tailored to your desires!!!

Honestly this hotel has been so amazing. I cannot say one bad thing.

Room was spacious, well lit, clean and comfortable. Staff wonderful. Breakfast food options were great. Hotel near atm, places to eat and stores to purchase snacks.

Lack of sound proofing, most important while sleeping. Could hear the singing from the mosque, which was very early in the morning every day.

Hotel location is very good. Very friendly staff. Nice and big rooms. We used transport for Petra and local sightseeing which were promptly arranged and prices were reasonable. Special appreciation for Toleen at the front desk for all her help and suggestions.

good value for price, very comfortable beds, nice staff and good noise isolation as located on a very busy street

Breakfast could do with more traditional main dishes like veg stew or lamb curry with rice could also be an option. Mr. Nash at the reception was exceptionally helpful, always with a smile. Made our stay even more pleasant.

Air conditioner was put off for all rooms when it got cold outside. Once the window was shut at night, it got very hot in our room.

Very nice hotel, with staff and value for money, although I stayed shortly they achieved all my requests and upgraded my double room to a suite!
