It is an amazing hotel; the location is very convenient as the place is close to the main attractions and malls (e.g., Abdali Mall). The rooms are spacious and well-equipped (i.e., free bottled waters). The cleaning is thorough and the staff is super helpful and kind (especially the night receptionist and security guard).

The rooms are a testament to cleanliness and functionality. My room was spotlessly clean, with crisp linens, a comfortable bed, and all the necessary amenities thoughtfully arranged. The attention to detail in maintaining the room’s hygiene was impressive, ensuring a worry-free and restful stay.

The hotel is modern and clean. They service the bedroom every day. It exceeded our expectations considering how much we paid. The security guard was such a lovely guy. The rooftop terrace offers great views of the city and it is fairly priced when on happy hour

Breakfast was only offered from 8 to 10, which is too late if you are doing tours. They did pack a basic takeaway for us, but hotels should offer earlier breakfast. There is a pub downstairs and a bar on the roof, so it can get very noisy in the room, but it wasn't until very late. I would still stay again

i stayed there for 2 night the people there are very welcome from first step in Hotel i feel at home and feel that i know them before very kind friendly and helpful all of them very careful to make your stay the best the room very clean and comfortable the location is very quiet even you are in middle of Amman you will sleep very well and quiet bathroom very clean bed also comfortable and clean I rely recommend Post Boutique Hotel thank you all to make me feel at home definitely i will be back

Staff is very nice, helpful and responsive.

Hotel can be a bit creative to ensure some changes in breakfast menu. Offering exactly the same breakfast everyday is not fun :). Being just on top of a very busy and noisy pub is not the best option for a business traveler. Should I knew of this issue in advance maybe I would have reconsidered my booking.

Breakfast was very nice. Very hot water available for showering. I took advantage of the laundry service and was very happy with how my personal clothing was handled. My room had been updated and was very comfortable. However Americans may find the room to be small. But I was very happy with the room. The Brick Lane restaurant and pub is on the main floor. I had dinner there every night. The staff and the food was great!

I occasionally had problems with the internet. However when it did work it worked very good. It really wasn't a problem because I use Zain mobile data on my phone and it works great at this location. I recommend all travelers to Jordan to pick up a Zain SIM card at the airport for their phone.

Very good hotel, comparing to another accommodation when we stayed in Jordan it was very goood. Friendly personel, good working Wifi, clean towels and bed sheets, comfortable beds and the room was cleaned up daily also working AC on plus!

It could be a little bit more cleaner specially in bathroom. Breakfast was okay but nothing special, during our stay breakfast was delivered to our room so maybe that's why it wasn't very varied.

The hotel is awesome,  Breakfast is great and there are plenty of good dishes!! Room is wide and very fresh, modern, clean and cozy!! Location is great, you would be able to get to downtown by Taxi for a 2 - 3 bucks. Reception and housekeeping teams were doing great job as well, all were really perfect and quite helpfull people. And i would like to thank the receptionist Dalia as she was more than kind and friendly, she took care our convenient and was doing great welcoming and follow up. Everything was satisfying and it was a great stay for 8 nights in this wonderful hotel.. highly recommended 👌

It's located in a quiet neighborhood, we had a silent night. The location was easily accessible by car (coming from Jerash), they've had enough parking places for the guests. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. They've informed us of an upcoming maintenance ahead of time, in case we wanted to change our booking. Great value for money overall.

It was a very cold week (even snowing), but the heat insulation wasn't felt good. The room was quite cold. We've run the AC for hours, but the walls next to the bed still felt cold. It was also cold in the restaurant, more heaters would have been better.

Very friendly & helpful staff, housekeeping service was good. Clean rooms and bathroom I would stay there again when I think of a place to stay in Amman.

It needs a bit of renovation in the rooms and inside the bathroom. Like painting the walls and the fixing the toilet, the fridge is old and there is a bit of a smell inside the room when you enter. The price was a bit high for the room
