everything! would like to thank Rahaf at the reception. we had booked a deluxe category and rahaf gave us an excellent deal where we got upgraded to junior suite. the difference was hardly anything and the deal was so tempting that we couldn’t deny. loved the view, room, facilities like free entry to club lounge rotana on 42 floor… would love to thank Hasán in club rotana lounge too. kind, polite and friendly. he assisted us well. especially when he learned that we are Vegetarians he made sure we don’t go hungry. thanks Hasan. would definitely recommend and will be staying here again! Abdali mall is like 2-3 mins walk.

Hassan El Shaib at 42 floor Receptionists is a very nice guy and highly professional employee I ever seen in 5 stars hotel by providing very fast service and nice in dealing and welcoming the guests.

bath robe was not available and when I asked for it this took about 30-40 min to bring it .

Central location and close to shopping mall. High floor and view to d city.

1. Male Housekeeping come into the room when I was changing my cloth at the open bathroom. Almost give me a shock. The whole experience is super uncomfortable. 2. Shower room floor water always ponding, water from d shower head drop on the door and flow out to d open bathroom make the floor wet & messy. 3. I upgraded the room to high floor, end up at the 25th floor facing a construction site. Very disappointed

We stayed at numerous five-star hotels in the world and I must say, Amman Rotana is one of the best. We definitely loved every moment of our stay. Check-in: The check-in was a breeze. I wish I could remember the name of the front desk staff who assisted us because he was really accomodating and friendly. Room: Our room was clean and modern with a huge bathroom and all amenities. We had a king-sized bed, big enough for 4 people. The greatest asset of our room is the view. We got an amazing panoramic city view. I love watching sunrise and sunset during our stay. Unfortunately, my husband was so busy at work the day we stayed so we didn't get a chance to take photos with views. Service: The staff were attentive, responsive, and willing to assist in any way with cheerful smiles. When one of the bellmen saw me carrying shopping bags with my two-year-old daughter, he didn't hesitate to assist me. Breakfast Buffet: The breakfast buffet was just wonderful with more than enough spread and faster replenishment than anyone can consume. In-room dining: The in-room dining food was well-priced and beautifully presented. I ordered Lentil Soup, Mansaf, and smoothie. They were SO delicious! Location: The hotel is situated near malls with easy access to restaurants and shops. If you're a history buff, Amman Citadel, Amman Amphitheatre, and some historic sites are just a few mins away from this hotel. Overall, our experience was delightful and we will surely go back again here soon. I highly recommend this hotel when you visit Amman.

The panoramic view from my room on the 38th floor is the best view you can get in Amman I booked the club room category which is quite spacious and comfy The room service food is very nice

the breakfast quality and variety is very poor The hotel should consider reducing their rates by 25% as it is rather pricy I recommend to add a water hose (Shatafah) in the toilets The hotel charged me 10 Dinar for providing ice. This should be a free service and it was the first time in my life to be charged for ice

The hotel is amazing and a very warm recommendation to anyone travelling to Amman. It is located in the new part of Amman right next to a shopping mall and a boulevard with all the restaurants, and still only 10 mins away from old city center with Uber. The hotel is very clean, stylish and modern; we had a room on the 10th floor with an amazing view over the entire city. Staff there was super nice and helpfull.

The one thing we did not like is the fact that right next to the hotel there is a popular night club so unfortunatelly there was very loud music for both nights that we stayed there until 2am. That is the only downside to the location of this hotel, all the rest is just great.

I enjoyed my stay here especially at the club on the 42th floor. Rajai and Hassan from the business lounge were very welcoming and helpful. In fact, I spent most of my time there and these people added value to the lounge’s vibes.

The Italian restaurant both food and service were very good. View from the rooms on the higher floors is stunning.

We booked the room thru booking.com platform and when we arrived to the hotel reception, vaccination certificate was requested from us, as it is compulsory for stay in this property (PCR is not accepted). Both me and my husband are vaccinated so it was not a problem to present the certificate, but when I went back to check the policy on my reservation confirmation I was not able to find this information anywhere. It would be good to share this information on all the platforms in order to avoid misunderstanding with other guests.

This is one of the nicest hotels I stayed in. The staff are amazing friendly. The staff from The Concierge from the reception and even the lady at the breakfast hostess or super friendly and made you feel like you’re at home. The service is super quick and anything that you want the hotel will make it their job to do. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I really urge the hotel to fix the elevators, because 90% of the people cannot operate them without wasting time and most of the time the buttons do not work when you are trying to select your floor. Moreover, the noise from the disco on the six floor can be heard throughout the whole tower. I think being a luxury hotel that is known for its service, but having a disco like this cheapens the property and removes some of its charm. I really hope that they decrease the sound of that or install some sound barriers so that you cannot hear it.

Staff were great.. Abdulrahman from reception was amazing and very helpful.. waiters in dining room were great and very friendly..

When changing towels every morning, I discovered they keep the same towels but rearrange them in place, which was not okay at all.. Same goes to other things in the room.. the mugs for example, they are not even washed, they just put it back in place when doing room service every morning. This makes me question if this happens all the time or not (meaning if the beddings, towels, cups, mugs and all when people check out and others check in the same room!!!!)
