The hotel offers great value for money. The room had excellent air conditioning, a coffee maker, TV (small screen) and WiFi access. The room is not large but well equipped including a comfortable bed, a hanging closet and a small refrigerator. The bathroom was good and it is recommended to bring your own shampoo and body soap. The hotel staff is courteous and ensures personal service with a smile. It is highly recommended to ask for Roberto who helps with every matter and request for the satisfaction of the guests. The hotel is located minutes from the boardwalk along the beach and close (short walking distance) to local restaurants and bars. That's an advantage! The main disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of accessibility to public transportation. Roberto will help you with that! Our breakfasts at the hotel were enjoyable and included pastries, cold drinks and hot drinks while sitting at a table facing the sea. In conclusion, a safe hotel for every guest, with a special, personal and pleasant atmosphere that hides the disadvantage of the hassle of problematic accessibility to public transportation. We were happy to stay there and highly recommend considering a stay on your next vacation. And don't forget to ask for Roberto!

Hotel De La Ville Relais was very beautiful, elegant and at the same time relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed our comfortable room and were very pleased with the cleanliness. The breakast room on the 3rd floor was lively and had a beautiful view of the sea. Breakfast was selected the day before and was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed being able to spend time on the second floor terrace. It was so peaceful to listen to the birds and feel the breezes from the sea, as well as watch the sun set.

We can honestly say there were no things we did not like.

We had to book short notice as our flight was cancelled home so needed just for one night , they had one room left which we took , on arrival we were greeted by lovely staff , very helpful and kind , we chose breakfast , and booked shuttle bus to airport for the next morning , our room was clean and comfortable , and very quiet at night , breakfast was lovely all you needed , with lovely view to the sea as on roof top room , shuttle bus was great , straight to airport , comfy drive and no hassle , would recomend this lovely hotel with very nice helpful staff , wish we could have stayed longer !!

The hotel was convenient to the airport and room rate was reasonable. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We did order wine from the hotel to drink on the roof top (nice views) and the bottles were overpriced at €25 a bottle (not the greatest at that price). We had wine with dinner at a local restaurant and the wine was around €10 a bottle and was excellent. Pay for hotel shuttle to airport was more expensive then local transportation from airport to hotel. I wished we had saved the card with phone number for a ride back to airport.

We booked the room in the evening due to last minute flight changes. It was also weekend and hotel was almost full, just one room left, thus the price was quite high. The location is nice, near the popular beach. The beachfront also has lots of nice restaurants to choose from. The room was quite small, but enough for one nigh, very clean and well disinfected. Due to pandemic time, there was no breakfast buffet available, but we an order from a menu upon the arrival to inform what we would prefer and what time we'll be having our breakfast. As we had an evening flight we stayed some extra time after check-out time (extra charge) and the shuttle was also available to get us to the airport in the evening (extra charge). And the staff was really helpful and friendly, a real family hotel feel.

The location to the airport in a nice neighbourhood close to the beach was great! We were able to walk a couple of blocks and sit at an outdoor patio bar overlooking the water. There were restaurants close by the beach as well. We asked for some ice for white wine which was brought to our room in an ice bucket and a little container of ice. The breakfast was excellent and we had the best cappuccino coffee on our whole trip! We also took the hotel's shuttle service to the airport for 20 Euros for the two of us. It was a very convenient and relaxing stay before heading out on a 9 hour flight the next day. I would highly recommend it for a Fiumicino Airport hotel stay.

This small hotel is in Fiumicini, convenient to the airport in Rome. It is a family owned-operated business and every guest is treated as family. Breakfast is ordered when you check in, the beach is a two-block walk. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are very comfortable, the bathroom is large and clean. And, most importantly, the air conditioner works!

Nothing! This is our go-to place in Rome, without being in Rome Centro.

Communication before the booking was excellent. When we arrived, the lady in charge was fabulous, explaining everything well; she also arranged our transportation to the airport the following morning (which costs extra!) Rooms were pristine. Hotel is in a somewhat residential area, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast options were taken the night before, and served in a delightful area upstairs.

We were picked up and dropped of at the airport by our lovely shuttle driver. He was prompt and friendly. Our rooms were ready on arrival. The lady who checked us in was friendly and informative. The rooms were a nice size with a large bathroom, tv and a small fridge. The a/c worked very well and was helpful with the humidity. Breakfast in the morning was superb and was enjoyed. Hotel was in a quiet residential neighbourhood with grocery and a beach nearby. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Very clean, very ellegantly equipped hotel. Owners are very distinguished people who have a positive relation to the art.In the hotel you can see many beautiful paintings and very nice accessories. Staff is very positive to satisfy with your requests. Rooms are larger than we were used to have on seaside. Daily cleaning is taken as granted.

This hotel would have deserve to be placed directly on the beach. It is very professional and would deserve passer-by people to come by dinner etc.All staff is very prefessional and willing. There is beautiful view of the restaurant to the sea.
