Guest House Brezza Marina

Only ten minutes from the airport, five minutes from the beach and some great seafood restaurants (book dinner at La Lampara!!), clean, free parking. All in all it's a very good choice for one night before/after a flight from Fuimicino airport, they are very flexible with the check out (you just leave the key) and very attentive, and it was the cheapest option for our dates with such a high rating (but we usually book last minute).

Tiny room, but very clean and the shower is excellent with a great hot water stream. Note that there's only a small sign at the entrance so we had to call the b&b to find the place but they were very sweet and responsive.

It is not far from Fiumicino Airport. Also Luigi, who along with his wife Gina, own the property, was able to take us to the airport the morning of our flight for €15. They can also pick you up for the same price, but I had trouble with my phone and the logistics of the airport. Not quite sure where the pickup point was. We were also fortunate to have a room at ground level so that my 89-year old father did not have to climb stairs. The room had a refrigerator, and breakfast foods and coffee. Also two bottles of water. The property was about a 10-minute walk to the beach. On the way is a fantastic takeout pizza place that makes the best wood-fired pizza. We took it back to our room. Sooo good!

Great location, with a short walk to the beach and numerous restaurants available nearby. Location was great for us for a 1 night stay prior to our early morning departure at FCO the next morning. Staff was exceptionally nice and the nominal price for an early morning transport to the airport was greatly appreciated! I had requested extra pillows, and staff remembered and provided them, which was also greatly appreciated!

The main bed was low to the ground, and not as comfortable for us as we may be accustomed in the U.S. The size of the bed was just fine, it was just the height and the feel of the mattress that were not quite as comfortable for us.

Maria is very friendly and professional, she shared with us all the information we needed to spend the night for our next day connecting flight. She recommended a couple of restaurants for dinner and we chose one of them which was great. They also offer a shuttle from and to the airport which was spacious and clean. I hope next time if I have to stay in the area to find an availability at this porperty.

We were unable to add breakfast to our stay because we made the reservation on the same day, so it will be nice if that can change in the future.

The town is very close to the airport and the Guest House was perfect for my overnight stay. It’s located on a quiet street. The staff was so helpful and nice. The room was large, impeccably clean and with a super comfortable bed. I had a restful and peaceful night. I’m glad I booked their transportation service to and from the airport, which was very reasonably priced compared to the local airport cabs. I would stay here again.

Super-friendly staff and owner; surprisingly lovely location given proximity to airport; 2-minute walk to beach; room was large, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Overall a very comfortable and relaxing feel.

Really, nothing to complain about. Some things are subjective, like how hard or soft you like the bed to be, or what kind of shower you like, but I can't think of anything that was bad or a problem.

Great accomodation with lovely hosts. Maria and Luigi are kind people. They took time to give me some helpful recommendations for restaurants and transportation to Rome. They also offered a shuttle service from and to the airport (against payment), which was super convenient! The room has a balcony with a nice view, with both sun and shade at most times of the day. There is air-conditioning (which I really needed because it was hot), a small refrigerator, coffee and tea, and the windows and balcony door had screens against insects and musquitos (which I think is great!). The breakfast was offered in the room and it consisted of some fruit, drinks, coffee and tea and mostly pre-packaged little cakes/cookies/toast. It's nice to have that in the room so you don't have to go out for breakfast. If you want breakfast but like more fresh food and hearty foods, I don't know if they offer that, but maybe you can ask the hosts. Most rooms in the B&B are only accessable by stairs. That was fine by me, but if you have trouble walking stairs, maybe you can ask for the room on the first floor. The B&B is close to the beach, many restaurants, supermarkets. Most places you can reach by foot. A great place to stay at!

The only hotel under 340 euros ($500 Canadian) available near Rome at the last moment on a Saturday when your airline company cancels you flight. Friendly owner. Quiet. Nice bathroom. Large balcony. Close to the ocean.

The price. At 340 euros the hotel shuttle should have been free. Construction on site (but that is temporary since they are putting in an elevator).

The room we had, had a terrace for enjoying tea and light snacks. The room was large with a large bathroom and it was very clean. We were able to easily walk to restaurants, the beach, a pharmacy for 15 minute covid testing and a pasticceria. For a reasonable fee, the owner provided easy transport and pickup from the Fiumicino Airport. Our host did a great job of explaining the keys used, and good, local restaurants.

We honestly could not think of a single complaint.

A cute apartment that provided a convenient overnight stay prior to our overseas flight home. The shuttle offered by the site covered three of us for one low price and was timely, especially on our way to the airport. We walked to the beach and had an evening oceanside meal--a great way to wind down from an Italian vacation.
