Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Osnabrück

The staff was very friendly, we enjoyed the offerings at breakfast, and we were very happy to have parking in the garage under the hotel since the city parking lots were very busy with all of the Christmas market visitors. It was around a 10-15 minute walk to the areas with the Christmas markets which was convenient for us. The room was clean and pretty comfortable.

We were on the bottom floor and it was a somewhat busy street. The pillows on the bed were pretty thin.

Very clean and good location. Love that one of the rooms was with huge windows. The receptionist were vey helpful and kind.

Not a big deal but feel like these can be improved: we asked the room cleaning, however, all towels were not changed either tidy up. Also, when we came back one side of our bed was made but the other side still messing. Wondering if this was a normal thing in Germany. One more little point, the small trash bin in our room was broken so we had to touch it to open the lip, which was a bit inconvenient.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was also good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. :-) I would stay there again.

One thing to improve: I understand that hotels have the "insert the card for electricity"-system. But I think the hotel could let the electricity working for 5 seconds after we take out the card. It's a little annoying to have a completely dark room immediately after taking out the card because we still have to find the exit door.

We stayed just for 1 day on our way back home, but it was a super nice stay. We had a baby and a dog, and the room was equipped with the small kitchen which was super handy. The room was very clean and cosy. We also tried breakfast which was quite nice: big variety of different things for every taste. Parking is also available, literally 1 min walking from the hotel. Very friendly and polite service. Totally recommended.

Very close to the city centre. Excellent breakfast. There is a new and an old part of the building, my room was in the old one. The room had a slightly unusual shape, probably as a result of fitting it into an existing building, but I liked it a lot.

At the time of my stay the street next to the hotel was a huge building site. It made reaching the entrance a bit complicated.

Nice location, close to the start of the old city. New hotel, looking good. Interesting "bathroom", for couples ok. Bed just ok, bit hard (2 lose beds next to eachother). WiFi very slow. Curtains good, no light in the morning. Room not so big. No sound from outside, little from inside (other rooms and halfway). Friendly staff. Close (20meter) to safe parking house at 15€/night. Good breakfast.

At check-in the friendly lady forgot to mention rooms are only cleaned on request and towels not exchanged automatically, due to covid/Corona. When we asked for towels they were brought instantly)

The staff were very helpful at all times and made the stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you. The location was central and within walking distance of the shopping area. It was also in a safe part of the town.

The parking right next to the hotel was a disaster ! Once you enter, you cannot exit without paying the full €15 even if you have only been in the park garage for 5 minutes !! This is not the fault of the hotel as the hotel do not own the park garage. It is owned by the city of Osnabrück and this is a real rip off !!! However, there is another park garage about 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Vienna House Easy was incredibly clean and centrally located. The rooms were modern and well equipped. Staff was friendly and super helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying at Vienna House if you’re in Osnabrück

The hotel is located on a main road so traffic got a bit loud starting at around 5:00am or so, but it wasn’t unbearable.

Arrived at the Hotel and greeted by Sophia who booked us in with the minimum of formalities and explained where everthing was. After settling in i went back to reception and Sophia kindly explained were local eateries and bars were.This young lady is a credit to this hotel she is exceptional personality

Beautiful hotel! The rooms was very modern and comfy. Bed very comfy, with some small cushions too for extra comfort. High ceiling with big windows. Staff was so friendly and helped us with our early arrival and late check-in (as we had to leave for the day).
