Factory Hotel

Have stayed here many times before, so know the score. It's a good location for me with lots of restaurants nearby. I also rate the room - comfy bed and the bathroom is great too. Super friendly and helpful reception staff, who couldn't apologise enough for my lack of a lie-in (see below). Thank you ladies :)

I possibly would have liked to know that the hotel bar and restaurant was closed for refurbishment. That said, a separate area was available to get a drink, but it was a bit sterile and it closed super early. I'd planned a late checkout and a good sleep, but there was noisy building work going on from 0830 onwards. So maybe if you're wanting a late sleep, just ask for a room that won't be impacted by the noise.

Excellent location. Grocery store with bakery and alcohol right next door. Easy walk to altstadt. Parking fairly inexpensive. Room was very clean and was attended to every day. Only negative is that I didn't see them vacuum the rug in the 2 weeks we were there. It was quite dirty. Heated tiles in bathroom. Mattress was most comfortable I've ever slept on in hotel. Usually my back hurts after a few nights at a hotel But not here. My husband said the same.

Vacuum the rug more often.

The interior architecture and design of the hotel are very nice. We loved how spacious the rooms, restaurants, etc. Breakfast MOST EAT. It was very good. The bar in the French restaurant is amazing... The shower gel smells very good.

The only thing, but i could live with it is that the pillows were too hard. But i guess it is very personal. Other than this, absolutely everything was perfect.

We did not use breakfast facility, as too busy for our liking. Had Croissants and excellent Cappuccino in Dadi instead, which was perfect!

Seeing just one member of staff having to look after all guests by herself in , though she did an amazing job with a smile.

Facility is great, nearby bars, restaurants and even 24/7 open supermarket! Room was big, bed very comfortable, everything pure clean. The building was really interesting being a factory prior. Very interesting structure.

There was no coffee machine or fridge in the room. Lacking a coffee in the room was a bit unfortunate in the morning but thankfully we could buy coffee in the restaurant.

Very, very spacious room with a large balcony and an industrial look. Comfy beds, large shower. Enough restaurants nearby for a quick bite.

Unfortunately no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, which was really a pity. A bit out of town, about 10-15 minutes walk. For a short stay not a problem. The hotel is part of a development on the grounds of an old brewery, but this development is less interesting than what we expected.

The look of the hotel was really cool and the rooms were a good size and, being a former factory, felt really solid and soundproof. My teenage children thought the design hotel was so cool and they took lots of photos for instagram.

The beds were slightly hard. And the restaurant Eat was being refurbished.

Fascinating factory conversion with lots of eating places on the site. A little bit far to walk into the centre of Munster after a day's cycling. Good bike storage in the private underground car park which was locked at night.

the staff was very kind, room looked very nice, felt cared for & you can visit the gym Fitness First for free with a card you can request at the reception :)

the room was very hot (in December) and the AC wasn’t able to make it any cooler

Very clean, comfortable beds, big room, very good breakfast

The air conditioning didn't work properly and the location is a bit far from the city centre but there is a direct bus station near the hotel
