B&B Hotel Münster-Hafen

It was clean, new, and not too far from the city center. The breakfast was “less is more” type. Enough good choices of good quality.

It’s not directly in a touristy area. The curtains didn’t close fully and it was bright daylight early on in the morning. The pillows were too big and hard.

The general layout and design of the room wasn't optimal. The curtains weren't next to the window, but more than a meter away from it, so that at night you lose a big part of the room's surface

Staff Excellent, really helpful, Car Park secure, breakfast easy and accessible. 6-30 breakfast time. Location for Messe, Railway station and bars along the harbour all very good.

We got what we paid for, nothing we didn't like.

Good air conditioning and sun-blocking courtains. Price and quality match quite well in this hotel.

Longer walk from railway station than expected. Breakfast room a bit crowded, output of the food is not wisely designed. Bed was not firm enough for our taste.

Location convenient, Good sound Isolation, good wifi

Check-in procedure by automat quite cumbersome and time consuming, in the end it didn't work, luckily the reception was still manned, by which i could be let in.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel , It is cozy and very clean which is so important for me , also the stuff was very polite, positive and helpful! One more thing to mention is it’s super convenient location , close to the train station , so if you travel by train is super easy to get to the hotel within minutes . I definitely recommend this hotel !

Location and room costs

Was some renovation work going on and was woken early hours of morning by someone in the next room doing work, think carpet fitting

The old city centre is just 1 km from hotel and can be easily reached on foot. Room was clean.

There was no spot to offload the luggage from a car. From the underground parking it is a bit difficult to reach the reception, because the parking is a paid public parking without direct access to the hotel.

The hostel had what we needed, nothing more, nothing less. It was clean and nice and the madrasses were good.

Can’t think of anything, but we only also used it for sleeping

breakfast was a bit expensive for very regular and limited items. I suggest to add variety to the menu keeping the same price. Then it would optimum.
