Breakfast was only so-so. For that price, I had much better offerings. However the service at breakfast was very good.

The room didn’t look anything like the images on Booking.com for that room type. There is no lift so keep that in mind if you have any issues with stairs or have a lot of heavy luggage. The room felt exceptionally tiny. There was no iron or ironing facilities available. The location was not so great, especially because of the unexpected holiday that meant the hotel restaurant was not serving food either night of our stay.

The location and neighborhood was very beautiful, you could feel yourself quite close to nature, the room was clean and cosy, and had most things you would need. The location is a bit far from city center, but totally accessible by several means of transportation.

The room was very warm and had no cooling system, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially through the night's sleep. Cleaning could be done a bit better. There was a few things forgotten, but overall the room was clean and didn't feel bad. Bed was a little bit small.

I especially liked the staff that worked in reception and in the restaurant. The staff is friendly, helpful and very kind. They are also multi-lingual and multi-cultural. They spoke Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Italian and Romanian. I liked that the hotel was located in a very beautiful and quiet traditional German neighbourhood and near the train station. Also, if you visit this hotel please walk 15 minutes to Saigon-Thair restaurant, it was outstanding.

I did not like that I had only a little time to spend in this lovely, charming hotel so that I could have also seen more of Munich. It is a great place to stay and relax. You get the comfort of being in a quiet neighborhood which is very well-connected to the main attractions of Munich

The breakfast cost 19 Euros and consists of some cucumber, green peppers, some spicy cheese, some sauces, yogurts, tangerines, apples, a few kind of breads, jams, coffees, hot chocolate, good quality dark German type breads and teas. The dining room is very nice and cozy. The Peruvian, Italian, Brazilian, and Romanian waiter and waitresses are very friendly and helpful. They created a very nice eating atmosphere. The dinner was very good. As a vegetarian, I liked the Quinoa bowl with vegetables and curry. Also about 15 minutes walk is an outstanding Asian restaurant that is called Saigon-Thai. I think, it was the best food I had in my entire trip.

I prepaid with my debit card but the receiptionist insisted that the room was not paid. She was very efficient and professional. I think, probably she was right, and booking made a mistake. Hopefully, I will not be charged twice.

The breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfortable. The atmosphere of the hotel is good however the buidling where our room was located looked like a simple apartment house.

Small room and tiny bathroom. At breakfast after I have changed my mind to ask from coffee to capuccino made the personal angry and made loud comments. That was not very polite.

I especially liked the staff as they were very friendly, helpful, kind and international. Thank you all very much for making my stay in your hotel a very nice experience. I also liked that the waiters spoke Spanish, Italian, Romanian and Brazilian Portuguese. I also liked that they upgraded me to a room in the main building. My room was quite comforable, clean, quiet and had a lovely view of the church.

I would like to have more experience knowing how to use the train machines to get tickets as I found them complicated to use. The hotel is also very nice because they have a good breakfast that included lots of variety of foods.

Nice, quiet surroundings. Local tasting dinner was very tasty in a beatiful garden. Friendly staff. When lucky, there is a possibibity to park outside for free. Room was globally clean. Electric kettle, coffee and tea are available in the room. Hair dryer is also very convenient.

Mattress was very (too) soft to our taste. Not very comfortable for the back. But we are aware that this can be a matter of preferences. The second person sleeping in the bed can feel and be disturbed by any smallest move of the first one. The room was clean, but not sure that is was hoovered under the bed before our arrival according to our observation. In the shower the water would flow away through very slowly having feet in the water almost straight away and only for short shower. But all in all very good value for money. Electric plug only on one side of the bed to charge and use your smartphone in bed.

We stayed in the larger apt with kitchen and balcony, and I regretted it. in the morning your life turns to hell. the hotel's restaurant serves breakfast for guests, and early in the morning there is a huge noise. looks like there's a battalion of people inside the room. at night the restaurant is also open until late, it was almost midnight, and nobody can sleep. much noise. even with all doors and windows closed. another thing, there is no air conditioning. But in the description it says it does. We die of heat in the summer. In addition, the receptionist from Galicia is very friendly. employee grade 10.

We really enjoyed our short stay in the hotel. Excellent location, nice neighborhood, quiet, short ride to the centre of Munich. We got all necessary information from Eva during our check-in about the evening programs in the city. The BMW Welt was a great place with children even until late evening. It was a good option parking in the hotel garage. The room was as expected, with comfy bed, good wifi, coffee in the room. The bathroom was ini-mini, but new, clean with all what needed for a short stay. Hope to return.

The breakfast service was very good, good quality food, breakfast environment was excellent. The location is good regarding train station and ICM conference site, environment is quiet, room is clean.

There were not many options of food, meaning the types of food can be increased. There is no staff stay at hotel overnight, which made me worried in case of urgent situation. The staff do not speak good English, communication was bit of difficult. No convenient shopping place nearby.
