H2 Hotel München Messe

This was a great and very comfortable hotel, centrally located near U-Bahn and within a 20-minute train ride to Marien Platz. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming and we, a family of four, are very happy with our stay. The breakfast was good and the room was quite comfortable for a group of four. We are scheduled to stay there again in July and are happy to be back.

Very good breakfast with huge variety. Very comfortable room with separate bathroom and a toilet. Location is good - even though it's not in the center, but in a walking distance to metro line (something like 300-400 meters) and then you can get easly to the city center. There is a shopping center next to the metro station with good food selection if you are hungry. As for the room, I really liked the bunk beds. Each of them have individual lamp, USB socket to charge the phone. Matres was also very comfortable. Stuff on the reception was also very helpful.

Parking could have been free as this is on the outskirts of the city, and the underground parking was almost all empty. I cannot find anything else. It was a please to stay there.

The breakfast covered all our needs, especially the younger children, which usually are the hardest to satisfy. There are both warm and cold food options, which we enjoyed. Plus the service was also amazing and the food was well laid out into many stations which meant no long cues were created and everything was readily available, the service was just perfect. As for the rooms, we loved the fact that the shower and the WC are separated, making it easier to get prepared at all times. The location, though far from the city center, was easy to get to using the Metro services, plus near (600meter) there is a shopping center that covers all your daily needs if you desire to stay nearby and enjoy what the area has to offer.

Incredible breakfast

I had an amazing stay at H2 Hotel München Messe! The hotel room was fantastic, with four comfortable beds that ensured a restful night's sleep for everyone. The highlight was the huge windows offering a stunning view of the lake in front. It was truly a delight to wake up to such a beautiful sight each morning. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from the metro station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the ample storage space provided made it easy to keep everything organized. The bathroom was well equipped and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a refreshing experience to have such a clean and well-maintained bathroom. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The hotel offered a wide variety of options, including an abundance of delicious breads and a great selection of drinks. It was a perfect way to start the day and provided plenty of energy for our adventures in the city. I highly recommend H2 Hotel München Messe for anyone looking for a great hotel experience. We loved the location because we traveled by car. Shoping mall and U-bahn just in ca 5 minutes walk away to visit München city. The rooms were clean and good variety of breakfast. Price and value proposition was good.

The staff for our check-in was not really professional, he did not guide us to all options available. For example the “go green” program we found out on check out day that we needed to apply for it on the check in day. Also as a family we asked kindly to give us rooms next to eachother, but the rooms given were not eachother. Luckily a nice lady in the check in helped us to fix it. Also there was no fridge in the room.

We only spent 1 night in the hotel, but I think it’s a good value for money. It’s located a bit far from city centre, but for us it wasn’t a problem since we used public transport instead of car. There are bus stops and U-Bahn station near the hotel, and in my opinion it’s much more cheaper and hassle-free to use public transport. There was a small issue with our online check-in, but the staff was very kind and helpful, quickly solved the problem. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious enough for the 2 of us. We also had a great view from our window =) Breakfast was delicious too.

The pillow was a bit too flat for me, I had to fold it half to make it comfortable.

Breakfast was great, with a variety of options. We were a multicultural group, and everyone found something they enjoyed. The room was clean and nice. The bed mattress was also comfortable.

In the heat of summer, I didn't love that the duvets had winter fillers in them. It would have been much more comfortable to sleep if the duvets were thinner. The room didn't include additional/different blankets.

We liked how the Hotel meet our expectations and we were satisfied. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Room is clean. The breakfast is good. We liked how transportation going to the city is accessible.Shopping center and restaurants nearby. We really felt comfortable staying there especially our little ones. Definitely will be our go to hotel if will plan to stop by again in Munich via car during summer vacation. Thank you.

This place is a great value for a family visiting Munich. it is near a major expressway (Autobanh) yet plenty quiet. Breakfast options were great. The WiFi works well. The staff personnel were friendly and accommodating. Beds were firm and the comforter blankets were warm. Having separate toilet and shower rooms are convenient.

Bunk beds without rails can be hazardous for some of us who roll around while sleeping. A few linen have stubborn stains that could be washed off. The locking mechanism for the shower room door is missing or broken.
