Ibis Muenchen City Ost

Location was out of the city centre but incredibly accessible by tram or metro all day/evening long. Breakfast good, lots of choice (just a little expensive, €15 pp), air conditioning in the rooms was great and the bed comfy.

Housekeeping seemed to come at all times of the day, multiple times which was a little confusing but they were only trying to help so not really an issue-there were signs you could hang up but we didn’t clock that till later. I understand Munich is expensive but found the price a little steep for the property.

Very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Very nice selection of drinks and food at the restaurant downstairs. The room was clean and cozy. 2-5 min walk from stores, and supermarket. Spacious and clean, with everything you need. Nice big apartment, quiet, comfortable bed. Room was very quiet - no noise from outside, excellent breakfast.

Nothing to complain. All was fine.

Nice room, clean. Good location, very well connected to the centre.

The walk-in shower: its entrance is next to the bathroom door, so there is no way to have a shower without spreading water everywhere. It would be useful to have a place to hang coats at the entrance of the room, to avoid mixing wet coats with clothes in the little corner that functions as wardrobe.

Easy to find, very near the tram stop, grocery store and other bakery like places close by, comfortable bed, good bathroom (warm water and good water pressure), windows that open/close.

Not much, it could have been closer to the center, but it’s a 10 min walk max from just about any public transport and it’s cheaper than places in the center so I’d say it’s worth it.

Location very good: close to the markets and tram station. We were lucky to get accessible room even though I was not able to mention it during the booking. Later on I had requested by email and they arranged it.

The only issue was that the cleaning service or so called house keeping does not provide fully service (they only change towels, trash bins, etc but no vacuum/floor cleaning or sth like that).

The room was really cozy. Although a bit far from the center the tram was right in front and we could get to the center in 20 minutes. Also there's a supermarket right next to the hotel. The people at the reception were nice.

The fact that we couldn't open the window to get some fresh air (it is locked as default).

The hotel was beautiful, very clean and tidy. The breakfast was amazing. The location was very good, with a supermarket right nextdoor, a tram station two blocks away, the metro three blocks away, and a Laundromat conveniently close too.

The room was a bit small and the TV didn't have streaming services.

Excellent location 15 minutes tram ride from thr city center while you can buy anything you like in the shopping center next door. The breakfast is amazingly good for this price and you can also park in the street free of charge.

Some of the recepcionist don’t really speak english which is a bit strange nowadays

The location was close to the place I needed to be in. The staff were very polite and helped a lot .

Its far from the center, it was complicated to arrive from the airport. No telephone to call the reception , everything I needed I had to go down.

The room was clean and welcoming with warm light. Basic, but with everything you need. Great to have a parking garage where to keep the car.

The parking is a bit over priced, and you cannot reserve a space. You can only find out availability at arrival. We skipped breakfast because that also seemed overpriced.
