Centro Hotel Mondial

It's a very good place I've stayed here several times before and plan on staying once more later this year.

The underground parking area was to low for our van so we had to park down the street but that was no problem.

Excellent very central location, subway just next to it and main railways station quite close. Rooms with tub and balcony (= great value). Good beds and pillows. Elevator. Staff was very nice.

Wifi did not work for 4 days. When it worked would not cover the whole room (absent in the bathroom, weaker on balcony). No fridge in the room. Door had a problem, which made it very difficult and very noisy to open and to close it. Electronic door lock alarm would also start for no reason when trying to close the door. There was no ashtray in the room (main reason to get a room with balcony was the ability to smoke!). No cosmetic products were provided besides the liquid soap.

We were really satisfied with our hotel. we were six people and had three different rooms. Each one of them was really nice . We were asked if we wanted to have the rooms cleaned from the first day . The bed and sheets were really fine, the heating was really good. At the reception they offered some delicious croissants . the staff was friendly! and generally it was one of the cheapest hotels that were close to the city centre. We were not sure at first because we have read some bad reviews but we really got really surprised and satisfied . really value for money

Well, I have stayed here several times over the years when visiting Munich. I like the place very much as it is a short walk downtown plus, they have a nice underground parking garage and a wonderful food service. This year we went to the October Fest and the hotel location was very close for evening.

There is nothing that I don't like about the hotel. It is wonderful. It is the best place and the best location if you are visiting Munich.

Good location, friendly staff, good value for money. Free water, fruits and croissants at the front desk.

Bad smells in bathroom. In one day all towels smells the same. That way they should be changed everyday. No minbar in the room, old furniture, but in good condition.

Great location to the old town and 15mins from the main train station. The staff were able to accommodate our request for a bath. The room was clean and comfortable and warm enough (it was snowing!) There were complimentary refreshments in the lobby.

The double bed had two single mattresses and there wasn’t a kettle in the room.

Shower was a bit tricky to work, a little outdated but NO air conditioner! The rooms were quite stuffy and if you had the windows open the street noise was quite loud.

Good location for reaching the main station, restaurants etc. The staff was very friendly. The beds were also quite comfortable . I also made a last minute request of getting two twin beds instead of one full bed and theybwere able to accomodate that.

Our balcony was accessible to other guests through the hallway which made us feel a little unsafe. The water pressure in the shower really wasn't great.

The room was very good, and location and staff perfect. Breakfast was not included for me, but the extra price is affordable and breakfast very very good.

Actually there was nothing I didn't like, a couple of time The lift had some problems, but they were very quick in fixing it, so nothing else.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I had a nice room on the 4th floor with a balcony to a quiet backyard. The location is good. A walk to Marienplatz (City centre) takes approximately 20 minutes. There is also public transportation just around the corner from the hotel (Sendinger Tor). I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.
