Staff amazingly nice. Room very clean and modern and tastefully decorated. It was easy to get to old town - 5/10 mins walk.

The location was near strip clubs and no communal space/bar in hotel as breakfast room is hired from the next door bar, so only available in the morning. No kettle (think that’s a German thing nationally though) so bought one from a nearby shop.

First impressions were really positive as we were greeted by a really cheerful receptionist who welcomed us to the hotel and got us as excited about our stay in the City. Not sure what her name was but she was Brazilian. Rooms were well equipped. The restaurant on the hotel served really good Lebanese food.

Great room for 3 people. Very comfortable beds, big shower with immediate hot water, TV connects to phone and a million channels, close to everything - from trains and subways to restaurants, nightlife and the historical city center. Wonderful tasty breakfast. Very kind staff.

Nothing It was perfect!

The hotel is very nice and stylish. The double room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed, including the espresso machine. The location was convenient, not too far away from the city centre and near the train station.

The lighting of the room was a bit poor.

This is a convenient location to use public transit. It's two blocks from the main train station hub so if you're coming into the city by train you'll be very close to the hotel. It's also connected to the subway lines so you'll be able to get around the city easily. There are also convenient subway lines going to and from the airport. The rooms were kept clean, and the wifi worked well all the time I was there.

The area around the hotel looks sketchy and even more so at night. In my experience that was just looks and I never felt too unsafe. It's not the nicest part of the city though. Even with all the lights on the room was darker than I would have liked.

We love the decor of the hotel very much. Room is spacious for 2 pax. Breakfast was good. The Indian chef in the morning was very nice to us. He was also very polite and accomodating to us. Front Desk staff were also very helpful. It's also nice to know that there are staff stationed there 24/7. Location is ideal. Very near to train station. It's just a 5 min walk. Although there were a few nightclubs around the hotel, but be glad to know that that the hotel is still safe and no disturbance at all. Overall I will highly recommend this hotel.

The coffee machine looks abit old and dusty. That's all.

We asked to switch and thankfully we could to a room on the third floor which was MUCH better, shout out to William. Also to the man late at night who allowed us to check in at like 01hs.

Like many people have mentioned, if you're sent to an old room you'll have a bad time. The rooms are so tiny it's very uncomfortable to even just move around, there's barely space to get in the small bathroom. Plus if they send you to the 6th floor you'll need to use a sketchy elevator and then go up a floor by stairs. Breakfast wasn't that great, for 14usd you're better paying 8/9 around the corner. Some of the staff was a bit rude cleaning, but the majority were great.

Stayed a night on our train trip to Italy. The hotel is nice, rooms are clean and big. Nice beds and air condition. Close to the train station, walking distance to Allstadt. The breakfast was great, loved the hummus!

I enjoyed being close to the train station and within walking distance of attractions and many restaurants, including the on-site restaurant. The room was comfortable and well-equipped.

The staff were great! Very kind and professional and shout out to Zaid Timoumi His service was impeccable 100% of the time and he made the stay feel more like you were staying with a friend rather than at a hotel. Also, the food at the restaurant next door was to die for!!!!! Also, there was AC which is a must in the summertime.

The standard rooms and showers were a little small so if you are a plus-sized person I suggest you upgrade to a larger room. The cost of upgrading your room isn't that bad at all so if you do so it won't cost you too much.
