H+ Hotel München

Very friendly welcoming staff, clean & well maintained rooms and dining area. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money.

The location wasn’t quite right for us, but I did book without prior knowledge of the city. This hotel is in the heart of the Turkish/Middle East district, with lots of night clubs/bars just around the corner. Next time I may look for somewhere nearer to (or in) the old town.

The property is ideally located for all transport networks and is 5-10 min walk from main station for train to airport … there is a 10-15 walk into centre to Marienplatz but you could also get train … there are some small shops nearby and a Lidl if you want to pick up snacks / stuff for breakfasts … the hotel itself has lovely staff who are very welcoming and helpful - speak excellent English - the hotel is clean and our room was perfect with everything g you need - comfy beds - great shower and even though we overlooked the Main Street it was quiet at night and we had a great sleep

I came to the hotel tired and wet after being caught by the storm, after my train got canceled. Immediately, after entering the hotel and being warmly greeted by a nice and polite staff member, Julia, I felt better. I could relax here and get strength to continue my further journey. The room was cosy, well arranged and greatly finished with carefully chosen detail. Moreover the hotel staff helped also with sending a package of mine the next day, after I’ve already left the hotel. This helped me a lot and was an extra, way beyond the scope of their duties. All in all a great hotel with heartwarming, helpful staff! Highly recommendable!

Nothing at all

Breakfast was extensive and at €15 was a good price, I don't like paying over the odds for a buffet breakfast but I also don't like having to find my own breakfast in the area so I was happy to be able to eat a decent breakfast in the hotel. The rooms are a little small but ours was quiet and had everything we needed. The staff were happy and friendly and that was nice to see, it certainly made a difference to us. Well done team.

The location is perfect, close to the main attractions and the central station. The room was very spacious and generally clean. Even though there was a problem with the room cards, it got fixed the next day. The room cards weren’t working to open the room door, however the receptionists were available 24/7 to open it for us.

The room was clean, except for the carpet that had some visible stains on a few places, but not a deal breaker considering the location and price. What I didn’t like the most was that the room was a bit cold. When we asked the receptionist for more blankets, she seemed surprised and asked twice if we are cold, even after telling her that our room is cold even though the heater was on in full mode.

Nice hotel , welcoming staff (especially JOSEF at the reception ), the room was very nice and spacious, different varieties of food offered for breakfast, the room is cleaned every day, also the towels are changed every day, coffee machine in the room, ideal location, near the central train and bus station, near Karlsplatz square, 15 min to Marienplatz square

Depending on why you come you’ll enjoy it a lot or less. If it’s your first time in beautiful Munich and you’re there to discover it then the location could be an issue. Not dangerous at all as I’ve read in racist reviews but definitely not a pretty area as is often the case in hotels near train stations. The staff couldn’t be more attentive though. I wasn’t lucky with South American tourists screaming at the top of their lungs every early morning but it’s really great value for money in expensive Munich.

I loved the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the rooms, it’s location in a very vibrant part of the town but just 10-min walking distance from the Center. but most of all I absolutely loved the friendly, professional staff who went above and beyond their duty to make our stay super great. I was travelling with a friend and a baby and a dog and we just had a fantastic time thanks to Elena and Hoti in particular, but also other staff members who were so friendly and helpful.

Good location few minutes walk from the Central train station, and lots of shops and restaurants (especially middle eastern) around. Around 20 minutes walk to the Old City Center. Breakfast was decent. The rooms were clean with air-conditioning you can actually control!

WIFI is dead unfortunately. If you room is facing the street, then it might get noisy on weekends. Reception could be more welcoming (the guy on the last day was nicer than the rest)

Room is small, but it has 3 windows. Thats really good, so you can control temperature within the room ( no need to turn on heating/air conditioning). wifi - is good, thought its not fast (would not be enough for video conferencing) and not very stable. location - many bakeries around.

location. Please note, that its safe during a day, but during a night you may feel not comfortable while walking to the hotel - a lot of arabic youth on streets near the hotel. wifi is not enough for work (not stable and not super fast)
