Ibis Budget Montpellier Nord Euromédecine

This hotel was in a nice location for my husband to go to the university for a conference. It was convenient that there was a grocery store and pharmacy right across the street when we needed to buy a few things. It was nice to have breakfast in the hotel with quite a few options. The room was comfortable although not too large. But there were nice shelves and hooks to keep some things off the floor. There are also plenty of tables in the reception area if you don't want to eat in the room. The bathroom was nice, large and clean. We also rented a car and it was easy and not expensive to park at the hotel. The employees were nice and helpful and check-in was easy.

We were traveling with a young child and we did not realize there wouldn't be a mini fridge in the room for her milk. But I did not think about it before we got there and there was a grocery store across the street to buy food as needed.

Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good location. I had a very good sleep. Very quiet room on the third level. The air conditioning was not noisy, and works perfectly. Room was bright and airy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The towels in the bathroom did not include a hand towel. I wished the was another kind of curtain other than the blinds that only fully blacks out the whole room, or opens to reveal yourself outside. It doesn't do much for privacy, while having some natural light in the room. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

Great rate quality-price. Staff super kind. Adequate breakfast. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Possibility of parking underground (5€ charge x day), so in case your car is full of stuff, it is safe. Totally recommended if you want to stop on your way to take a break and sleep. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel which closes late at 1 or 2am (don’t remember well), so you can buy something urgent you may need.

It is not near the highway but it was not a problem for us.

Cleanliness of the room and hotel in general. Comfortable bed. Simple room with all the essentials in perfect working order. The kindness of the staff. Closed parking in the hotel itself. Good breakfast.

Hotel a little far from the city center, and from the Highway, although with good communication by tram, or by car, being able to park in a parking lot in the city center (Comédie / Corum).

Location is a bit difficult to reach, but close to the city center. Hotel has an underground parking space for a very affordable price, use it!. You can park for free across the street in the supermarket lot, but I would not recommend it. There were pieces of glass from a broken window We arrived past midnight and were greeted by a friendly and efficient person The beds were very comfortable. The size of the room was enough for 3 people and a dog. We left our bags in the car in the underground parking lot.

The bathroom was dirty. The shower had hairs, and there is mold growing on the edges The breakfast was not up to what we have had in previous stays at other Ibis Budget. Not enough glasses, bowls, etc. If you have time, for the price you can go to one of the cafeterias in town and enjoy a better breakfast

The hotel is great as a base to your visit in Montpellier or just a stopover if you are travelling around France. Staff are super nice and friendly. The room might be a bit small, but you can see that in the pictures. It was very clean altogether and we loved staying there. There's a supermarket close-by which is open 24/7. We paid for the parking for safety but you can park in this supermarket's carpark if necessary. Good value for money!

Very clean rooms, close to the bus number 6 stop and close to a 24//7 supermarket

It will take 20 min to reach Montpellier central area by bus number 6 (though it runs every 12-15 min in weekdays). There are not much options of eating around this area. Even the elevator needs key and my key stopped working 10 mins before the noon checkout time. Thankfully I got help from very friendly housekeeping staff.

The staff is exceptionally nice – especially the guy who checked me in made sure I felt comfortable. Furthermore the breakfast is very nutritional and offers a lot of variation given the hotel category. There is a 24/7 supermarket right across the road.

The location is quite far from the city centre if you want to walk there. But the tram or bus stop is not that far away. And it is close to some university buildings if that is important for some guests.

Excellent value for money, especially if you only need a room to sleep at night. I checked in late at night, staff were all friendly and very helpful. The room was clean including the shower/bathroom. There was no liquid soap in the bath, only in the shower, but I forgot to mention that to the staff (i am sure they would have taken care of it). Despite the location, near a highway, you can't hear the noise. My only concern was the background noise coming from the ventilation system all night. This is probably due to COVID regulations? Location is far from the city centre, but perfect for the north part of Montpellier. There is a big supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. I didn't get breakfast (served in the room due to COVID regulations) so I can't comment. I highly recommend it. Thanks!

Good price, good location for the purpose of our visit.

The smallest pillows in the history of pillows. Seriously, so small. Underground parking was hard to access.
