the bed was super comfy to sleep in. the bathroom was little but it’s cool the desk at the corner was helpful for putting our bags in order. everything was lovely for one night. Thank you!

The staff that did the check-in with us was very friendly and spoke Spanish, which was very helpful as we are all Spanish. The hotel was very affordable and the quality was very pleasant for the price as well. The beds were not the comfiest we've slept in but they did the job for one night. Additionally, we bought the breakfast in reception and it was ok. It was buffet-type breakfast and although it was tasty, it was a little bit limited. There were no enough dishes which was the only downside of it as we had to serve our food in napkins. However, considering the relation quality-price, I would absolutely go back to this hotel again. The location was satisfactory as well. There were restaurants around the hotel and it was just 15 minutes away by car from the centre.

The beds were not as comfortable as other beds, but again, for the price I was not expecting better quality beds. I also think that in the breakfast they could have been more careful to little details as adding dishes or little bowls for the food that was available.

Good price. Free secure parking and only 200m from the direct tram into the city - 5€ for a 24 hour travel card (May 2022). Friendly helpful staff and decent breakfast (continental).

We were apparently in a disabled room, so the bed was pushed up against the wall on one side to allow room for a wheelchair, which meant to get up in the night I had to wriggle off the foot of the bed! Very hard bed which made my back ache. The shower was also at wheelchair height, not much good for me at 5'8 or my 6'2 husband. There was a problem with ants in our room, and also our friend's room, both on the ground floor. Very basic fittings, but then it is a budget hotel.

For several years we stop/stay at this hotel when travelling south. Location is very good, rooms are clean and comfortable with all the essentials required after several hours driving. Bonus points for allowing our 4 legs companion !!!! Also would like to give a big THANK YOU to your reception staff, they always try to help and accommodate our needs, cant leave out the night porter as well...what an amazing team!!!!

For the price this hotel is great. Very basic but it is so easy to get into the centre of Bordeaux (the tram is literally a 2 minute walk away and takes 20 minutes). Parking was free, and plentiful, it was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were brilliant- they explained the trams (in perfect English).

Large free parking area, Most items are basic like breakfast, room furniture, service options etc. but that is to be expected in this price category. That there is no restaurant is no issue because many alternatives in the area. Walking distance to local fair ground. While old model, airco was present in this price category.

Maybe because of covid it was removed but a bit more furniture like a larger table and an extra chair would have been welcome. Close to good public transport but it's a rather long ride to the center of town.

Easy to find and park. Easy to check in Bed and pillows very comfortable Shower good with plenty of hot water Excellent value Léa on the front desk was so kind and helpful, advised us where and how to get food as we arrived a little late. She is a great ambassador for ibis.

The toilet seat was polythene and not great

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious.

The continuous power cuts in the evening, which resulted in our room being in darkness on more than 10 occasions. The lighting in the room was poor. A broken toilet seat in the bathroom was awkward to sit on.

Amazing staff!!!!! The girls at reception were so lovely. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. They greeted me every morning and I felt as if they were my friends, I really appreciated this as a female travelling alone.

Oceane the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very good. It's close to the lake and a team stop.

I decided to walk at night with my dog to an Italian restaurant. It involved walking by the lake and over a dual carriageway. I felt a bit nervous in the dark.
