i didn’t like the fact that I was being singled out among all the guests in the hotel by choosing as the one who gave a ripped one hundred dollar bill which was not true because I gave the representative two new hundred dollar bills from the bank and In the morning when we were leaving , the morning representative said to wait and then opened the draw and pulled out a ripped 100 dollar bill and accused me of being the one who gave it to him and made us wait for a few minutes to have our room checked before we could check out .

The breakfast was nice! we love our waiter JESHUA. I may not have spelled his name right. He was lovely and remembered that I like coffee and my husband like tea. Carmen our bartender was such a sweetheart. We loved the hotel. We'll be back.

On our last night, We had dinner and were quite disappointed. We sat outside in the garden and the waitress took too long with her wine, and the bill. We walked out with the bill to the hostess desk. The power went off for 2 hours the day before. besides that, we had a great time.

I am a retired hotelier, and know the challenges of keeping a property and staff at peak performance. The management deserves an A plus rating. I actually needed to be closer to El Monumento and its medical community. My family noted there was no pool at Hodelpa in that area so we switched to the near airport location. We came to know the dining room staff over a period of 10 days and felt much at home while there as a result. We shall be back.

I asked for adjoining rooms for children and nanny in my reservation and this was not accomodated. The Booking site I made my reservation through provided information to the hotel about the adjoining rooms which was ignored. The pool being in the shade in the afternoon is a design flaw i have experienced in other hotels I have worked at.

Everything went great! Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The only thing was that the reciept was in DOP and not in US dollars, so I initially thought my meal was 4000 USD!

Show the two currencies on the receipt or staff should explain that everything is in DOP, so guests are not initially surprise or shock. It was not until I called my nephew that he explained the price had to be in DOP and not USD.

The hotel was nice enough and near the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport is really convenient. The breakfast was yummy, the staff at breakfast super nice and the rooms are spacious.

We stayed there twice and in 2 different rooms and they smelled damp/stuffy but you can't open the windows to air out. The shower was not particularly hot when we arrived late at night after traveling for over 20 hours. The staff at the reception was nice but a little disorganized.

Amazing customer service, the reception helped me a lot during my trip providing me all the information and contacting excursion drivers for us to know the surroundings. I used the gym and the pool facilites which were clean and very pleasant. Rooms are beyond clean and beds are very confortable. We had a great time.

You may need to ask for extra towels as towels are small.

The staff spoke English, the airport shuttle was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a great menu for dinner and it was open late. The food and service were excellent!

Rooms are not well soundproofed. A male guest woke me at 3am trying to wake up their partner up to let them in across the hall he went on for 20 minutes before he went and asked for help from the front desk.

It’s a nice, modern hotel just a few min from the airport. It was clean, comfortable, just what you want when landing late at night at a location unfamiliar. The only issue to report… I’d requested an airport pickup. When my flight arrived, there wasn’t anyone there. I wandered around for a while, found a van with the same hotel name, but that one was for a different location. The driver did locate my van and got me on the way. Other than that, it was uneventful, pleasant, clean, close. Breakfast, considering covid, was quite nice. I’d stay again.

Me and my husband we like everything. Breakfast the staff are very nice and very helpful. The rooms are very clean the pool nice the gym nice wow we will be back again we love it nice place for vacation keep up the good work. The only problem is I asked for a microwave I never got it because we eat all night and another thing the TVe too small after that great job

Breakfast was excellent. The room was good, except the bathtub was not the best. It's hard to describe, but it was like pieces of a bath mat were left in the tub. This made it seem unclean. Airport transportation was awesome!!!
