Residence Inn by Marriott Regina

We were so impressed with this hotel. The front desk clerk when we checked in was so nice and helpful. The room was very nice, clean and well laid out - we actually wished we were staying there more than one night as it was such a good room. The breakfast was good - as always at hotel breakfasts it was a bit busy and sometimes they were running out of items and it was taking a while to replenish. The coffee was delicious (I always expect the coffee to be pretty awful but it was great!). The pool was really nice, the slide wasn't open in the morning (opened at 10am) which was a bit disappointing for my kids but that's a super small thing and didn't take away from our overall great experience at the hotel.

The room, staff, and breakfast were AMAZING. The breakfast was the best spread I have seen at a hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Staff at the front desk were responsive to requests and very friendly.

The location of the property is not great. Downtown is at least a 30 minute walk away or 10 minutes by car. Difficult to appreciate much of the city unless you have a car of want to pay an Uber/taxi.

The size of the room was perfect and overall clean. Very comfortable. Large breakfast variety. Wifi was great.

The vent for the heating was across the bed and blowing slightly cold air on us all night. I wish the kitchen had a couple of more cooking utensils and dish soap.

we were there for a hospital stay it is right beside the hospital our hotel parking was closer then us parking at the hospital. were one but for longer stays it be perfect with the kitchenette

room breakfast kitchen got upgraded to handicapped room because I use a stroller

the battery died on the door lock and it took me several trips down to the lobby to get it looked after which was difficult as I am waiting for hip replacement surgery.....otherwise everything was awesome!

Everything was fine. One receptionist was not too pleasant but I only saw her once, the rest were very accommodating and staff everywhere were so pleasant. I was charged parking fees and believe they were reversed as taxi was my vehicle! I have not received notice of this credit. A very lovely place,

room was wonderful, breakfast a nice variety of items to choose from.

The price for a hospital stay could be a little cheaper. $118 plus tax is a little high. My husband was in hospital for 5 days so it was a little pricey. You could have a cheaper hospital rate as loved ones in the hospital & if you are from out of town with no relatives to stay with, it could get costly.

We booked a suite which was spectacular! Full fridge and kitchen was well equipped m. Used the pool and hot tub. Very clean and friendly staff. I was surprised we got a reduced rate because my husband was in hospital

The room was great - large - clean - full kitchen - and was able to bring my small dog.

Bathroom was large but not as clean as I would have liked. After a 10 hour drive I was looking forward to soaking in a tub but it had only a shower.

We came for some medical tests and used the hotel to rest while my wife was at the hospital next door. It was clean, the staff was friendly, and it had everything we needed.
