Generously sized room with an array of breakfast options, complemented by reliable internet connectivity. good sound insulation. Amenities provided in the room include shampoo, soaps, a hair dryer, a TV, in-room tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge.

I did not like the colors of the interior design; it's quite dark. If you don't turn on the air conditioner or ventilation, you might start to notice a smell. Taste of coffee is terrible.

Hotel is in a good location and easily accessible from main roads. Many restaurants and shopping centers are close by. Parking was plenty and well lit. We had two rooms, and both rooms had comfortable beds, fridge and microwave, necessary furniture. Breakfast serves hot food. Check In was friendly.

Our request to have two adjoining or side by side rooms were not met though request was sent more than a week ago. Check out was not friendly.

Location of this hotel was great. Many nearby restaurants and other amenities are available. The hotel is also easily accessible from main roads. There are lots of parking available. Hotel also has multiple entry and exit points that I found to be convenient. Breakfast was good, it had hot and cold breakfast items. Hotel staff were friendly. The room I booked was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Beds were comfortable.

Breakfast room has good size but we found it crowded every morning we went there, even in early morning. A redesign of the breakfast room will be helpful to manage the crowd. One more recommendation: adding more vegetarian options will make it better. Hot water wasn't coming in our first day, but returned on second day. We didn't report the problem.

The location works for us. It's just off the highway, easy to find. There is shopping close by and numerous restaurants close by. We have stayed here several times when traveling through Regina. Beds are always comfortable. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good. We particularly like being able to just drive up to our rooms door as my husband has mobility issues. Staff is always acccomadating.

Can't say there was anything worth mentioning.

The staff are really nice especially the girl at front desk when we checked in.

My husband asked if he could extend check out for an extra hour or two but the guy at front desk refused. He just needed extra time coz we had a two year old and was having tantrums and I just gave birth in the hospital so my husband was having a bit of a challenge taking the things out of the room

The location is great. Easy in/ out on major routes, eateries, and shopping precincts. Reasonable rates. Room was large and staff were pleasant.

The bathroom sink was slow to drain. They have a policy that with multiple night stays one has to tell them to clean the room daily. No rate relief offered for them skipping a day. They should clean daily or offer a reduced rate.

Location, Clean, good breakfast. Fourth stay in a year, says something.

Checkin clerk was rather rude. Even though this was my fourth stay there in a year and I clearly indicated on my booking form that I did not have a pet. He kept on insisting that I inform him if I did. I guess he felt entitled because of the "Supervisor" on his name card. Not the way you like to be greeted after 10 hours of driving

Overall our stay was pleasant, room was clean & the breakfast while plain due to Covid was plentiful. Parking is fairly good & there are two good restaurants within a few minutes walk. We have stayed here before & it has always been good.

We specifically only book motel/hotels with ground floor access to the rooms (due to two fire incidents in the past) & had specifically requested that here but didn't get it. We did get some attitude from the check-in clerk but after we explained things & some back and forth, he did finally change our room to a ground level.

Everything was visibly clean. Bed was nice. Room was large. Breakfast was nice.

-Neighboring room residents were very noisy. Doors were being slammed. Loud talking in the corridors. Tub tap leaked when shower was running. Toilet flush would keep running until handle was tapepd a second time. Microwave turntable was not the right size for the wheel base and kept rattling around. Need more cable channels.

Breakfast was okay, but I hope the hotel can make accommodations such that the breakfast is vegetarian. Also, except for egg and milk, the breakfast should not contain alcohol or animal products like gelatin in any of its dishes. The hotel was excellent and I would stay again if I visited Regina again.
