Hotel was very clean and comfortable
Had an awful time checking in, I had booked three rooms for different family arriving at different time through the week. Deborah refused to allow me to insert my credit card and insisted that I swipe, however, when I called Mastercard they said I was required to insert. I shared that with Deborah and she refused to let me. The next day, I dealt with a gentleman and he allowed me to insert the credit card and it was easy. I would recommend that staff is educated on the same level for check in and check out procedures.

Location was perfect for the event we were attending. Mobile check in made it very easy once we arrived and I really liked the email letting me know that the room was ready
The restaurant/lounge service was not great. We had to ask for basic items like cutlery/ condiments/water. Food was mediocre and a bit high priced. Breakfast buffet was very poor quality and the only option for food in the morning

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, we liked the extras and daily refills of them (water, coffee, mouthwash, hand cream, beauty kit), the food in the restaurant was delicious, the covid-19 measures were in place and we felt comfortable that they were being adhered to, the room was clean and comfortable, the bed was so amazing I had the best sleep in a very long time. Also the free wifi 5G wifi was exceptional.
The only 1 thing that I noticed, was that the ceiling fan in the bathroom, was noticeably very very dirty, probably not cleaned / wiped for a long time.
