Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Regina, an IHG Hotel

When we checked in,I ask what was the protocol for when do or do they come and clean our room . We got told that they don't clean our room until the 3rd day of your stay if you need service let the front desk know. Ok not a problem,we said. So the 1st morning I /we made up our bed. We had 4 pillows on a bed so one of our pillow was put on the side. Left the room. Later during the day we came back,our gotten some fixing the beds the sides were tucked,pillow on the side was on the bed and received fresh towels and extra amenities was received in our room. The next morning did do up any of the bed and came back to a clean room. Thank you housekeeping great job.😀 It's nice to see all staff of the hotel 🙂doing a great work. Thank you all. Pleasent stay!!

Breakfast was next door at Perkins Adequate for complimentary beakfast

The price was outrageous for this type of accommodation. The hotel took advantage of the fact the Grey Cup football championship was in town. Over $700 plus taxes for several nights of our 7 day stay.

The receptionist was just a gem. I rented room 203 with jacuzzi and was somewhat disappointed because most of the jets were plugged up. I was looking so forward to it...maybe next time. I would suggest you have them clean.

Paid extra for a jacuzzi that didn't perform properly see picture....no bubbles 😞😓😩

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Hotel. The room was big enough for a family of 5. The beds were super comfortable. Our youngest slept in the sofa bed without any issue. Everything was extremely clean. And the front desk was super helpful when needed. The pool looks outdated but it is warm and a good size for kids. Plus, you can borrow some life jackets for your little ones. The breakfast was from far the best we ever had. I highly recommend this hotel, you get a high quality facility at an affordable price!

the staff dealt very good with a problem we had when we checked in. There were 2 families really noisy using the door latch to keep the door open and kept bumping continuously, probably 20 times in 30 minutes. So, they behaved as if that was their own place. We let the staff know about it and they changed us to a quiet suite.

It must not be the fault of the hotel staff, but it may be a noisy hotel with many families coming in for the indoor pool and after the pool time, these families still think they are visiting a fun fair park along hallways and bedrooms.

What breakfast had to go to restaurant next door. For price room should had contental breakfast included

One elevator working in morning had to wait several minutes for elevator as cleaning staff was continuously using it. Very rude staff talking in foreign language as well as not letting guests use elevator.

The best surprise is no surprise. The Hotel is what we had expected from Holiday Inn, nothing fancy but a comfortable stop after a long drive on our journey west. The Restaurant and Bar were open for dining in and we were able to enjoy a drink and meal to unwind before continuing our journey westward. Our room was on the main floor overlooking the parking area. Surprisingly, however, it was quiet.

We weren't offered a breakfast so have no idea if continental was included or not. We like how spacious the rooms were. we were close in rooms but could have been closer

when taking a shower the water remained inside the bathtub...it doesn't drain fast at all We only got ONE coffee cup, and only ONE plastic cup for brushing teeth....usually there is 2 of each at least.

the hot tub was cooler than the pool and the pool room was quite cold itself. otherwise the facilities were excellent.
