Petit Hôtel - Café Krieghoff

Great little boutique hotel with excellent location and staff were super. With restaurant immediately below the hotel it was great but on this same street there were 6 or more restaurants within a block either way. Also lots of other small boutique shops and covenience stores close by. Within 2 blocks of the Plains of Abraham. Close enough to all the bustle of the Old Town area but far enough away there weren't throngs of people around.

Have to pack luggage up and down a flight of stairs, but staff will help out with that.

Would be good to let people assigned to rooms 1 and 3 that their bathroom although private is in a different room across the hall. I arrived in Quebec on a delayed train, at 2am, and was wandering around in the middle of the night - eventually worked it out!

The rooms had a very European feel to them - reminded me of places I've stayed in Austria. Very neat and clean. The bedding was amazing and had a great weight to them. It's on a main strip which is a bonus and it's quiet at the same time. The restaurant downstairs had a great breakfast and as a matter of fact we stayed for dinner as well. The staff are courteous and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

We liked the location easy to access other areas and a variety of shops nearby. The staff were friendly, accommodating and professional. The breakfast selections were great and filling...we looked forward to this.

The room temperature could have been better. At times the room was quite cold.

Very cozy, cute, clean, the breakfast was impeccable, perfect location. I recommend this location for anyone!

The air conditioning was shooting its air directly on me while I was sleeping, which was annoying, but we just turned it off and opened the window instead, so it was fine in the end. It would have been a problem if we were in the summer though.

Room was very clean and perfect for one night. The location is great with many restaurants around!

The check in was a bit late for my taste, and there were not any slippers in the room. Everything was ok for a weekend trip but it may not be the most comfortable stay for

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Fantastic location. Delicious restaurant downstairs. We were able to drop our bags early and go wander until our room was ready. Soundproofed windows. Public parking was easy and affordable.

Excellent and friendly staff, the shower looked like it was new, overall very clean. My daughter loved the chocolate that was left in the room. They accommodated our arrival time (3am)

I wish there was a coffee machine in the room or in the downstairs lobby. Toilet paper was missing from the room when we arrived.

The room was super clean and beautifully appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the washroom was spacious, modern and very clean. The atmosphere on Cartier Street is magical.
