It was modern, clean, good value, staff were very helpful and friendly! The free breakfast was delicious! Beds and pillow were very comfortable, I loved the quality of the soaps and lotions they provided. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay here again!!

The heater in our room blew cold air, even though the room wasn't cold AT ALL, you could only notice the cool air right beside the heater. The TV signal was in and out a bit. There was no hot tub by the pool, which isn't s huge deal. And they were teaching swim lessons in the pool when we tried to use it, so we weren't able to go in, I thought we should have been notified of this.

Had a wonderful stay at Tru by Hilton. We stayed for a night and the check-in check-out process was a breeze. Room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel has all amenities for a family stay and for business stay as well. Rooms had ironing facilities a small work table and chair, sufficient toiletries. A free American breakfast was available along with 24 hour tea coffee and microwave in lobby. Well maintained and modern furniture decked the lobby along with gym and pool facilities. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Free parking on site. Over a good hotel for business or family visit.

This hotel has a cute, modern vibe. Rooms are well lit, clean and comfortable.

The adhesive vinyl plank flooring has lifted in the room we stayed in (402), so that when you walk on it, it makes a popping noise as you step and then releases with another pop. It’s noisy and was incorrectly installed. There are no bedside lamps. The only light you can turn off from in bed are intense overhead LEDs. Too bright to lay down under and read.

Location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants and Anthony Henday Drive. Hotel is new, good amenities and reasonably friendly staff. The best thing was the breakfast, very good selection with OK coffee.

Needs to be cleaner. The parking lot has a lot of sand/rocks that can easily be cleaned. On my floor there were guests staying who put out their garbage outside of their rooms. The staff wouldn't pick it up for hours and it would smell up the corridor. Not sure if guest or staff were at fault, but it didn't leave a good impression. During breakfast service cleanliness should be improved. Overall a good place to stay, but staff need to make sure place is clean.

The hotel has created a wonderful environment for travellers! The set up of having more compact rooms with far more amenities is something I would love to see more hotels doing. Being able to get in, help yourself to 24hr coffee (good coffee too!) and play a few games before heading to your room is such a nice way to spend an evening after a long day of work. The breakfast bar was one of the best that I've seen a hotel and the lobby area is incredibly comfortable and inviting for eating, hanging out and working. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful!

I would love to see better black out blinds for the rooms - it was a bit bright for sleeping. Also would love to see a hot tub or infrared sauna added in the pool/gym area. I do a lot of travelling for work and have MVA injuries so being able to sit in either a hot tub or infrared sauna would greatly help with my pain management while I'm on the road. That said this was still one of my most enjoyable hotel stays and I will definitely be staying here anytime I'm in Edmonton.

The breakfast was great. Very generous i.e. eat as much as you want. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water was available at all times. The location was superb, it was a seven minutes drive from my host’s residence. The king size bed was fantastic. The television in the room was the right size.

Not applicable. In order words, my expectations were met. Just keep up the standard and guests will keep coming to the hotel. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and families when they visit Edmonton.

The staff were really polite, and even helped us with late check out. Breakfast was nice, there was a lot of variety. Rooms were really clean as well. They had many recreational activities in the lobby as well. There was swimming pool and a fitness center as well.

There is no microwave or coffee maker in the rooms. They are available in the lobby. The coffee/hot water are cold as well. There are no storage spaces in the rooms as well. The hotel also has quite strict policies.

The pillows were not the comfiest. One evening we walked in and there was some sort of rally happening in the front area space and with a pandemic Going on and cases on the rise… there was just way too many people in one little space. We had to walk through the crowd and I think if something like this is going to happen should happen outside or in a board room And not in the walking space where people who are actually staying at the hotel have to go through. We were beside a room with young girls and they were running in the hallway or in and out of the room and we could hear people upstairs and on the sides of our room.

The staff were friendly and happy to help, rooms clean and comfortable. We loved the bright decor throughout the building. And variety of seating in the lobby. Breakfast was delicious! Lots of options to suit everyone.

The bath towels in the washrooms were quite small, unless you're very small you need 2 towels to wrap around yourself. They could definitely be bigger, the pool was cool, but the kids enjoyed it once they got used to it. Wish the breakfast was available a little later, even to 10 or 11am. Especially on the weekends.

Ideal location for our needs. Clean.Comfortable beds. Walk in shower vs tub. Awesome lobby area and average hotel breakfast included. Tea and a coffee available, but only in the lobby.

No bedside lighting. Very bright lighting over both beds. NO ability to read in bed without disturbing others in the room NO glasses or mugs available in the rooms .
